We enjoyed our stay. Actually loved the view of the pass which was different. Enjoyed watching all the boats going in and out. The beds were all extremely comfortable. We appreciate the staff reacting quickly in regards to no Keurig available. That would have been a tough start the first morning. Appliances are dated and the water pressure in the shower is bad but other than that a good rental. Check in and check out instructions were very clear. Thank you.

Great Property

Our family truly enjoyed this property! It also had beach chairs and other beach necessities! The view was beautiful and we enjoyed watching the boats come in! I will most definitely book again!

Historic snowfall

We had to cut our vacation short because of the historic snowfall the area was going to receive. The place was clean, the rooms were great, the location was wonderful, and communication between renter and owner was spot on. We had an awesome time!!

Christmas at the Beach

The view was amazing! You can see the Gulf, the boats going in and out of Perdido Pass, and Gulf State Park. The unit was very clean upon arrival! Check-in and check-out were very smooth. We would stay here again!

Very nice master bedroom and spacious bath

The condo is spacious and decorated well. We do have several issues. The rug in the master bedroom did not lay flat. I tripped on it several times. It is placed partially under the bed so I could not straighten it. The lighting in the 2 smaller bedrooms and the baths are very poor. The ice machine ice was frozen together so hard it was difficult to get ice. Overall, it is time to update.and freshen things.

Perfect place to stay

We loved it! It was the perfect spot for a beautiful sunrise. The room was very nice. We loved the big balcony. We watched the boats going in and out. We will definitely be back.

Annual Friends Beach Trip

My friends and I take a beach trip every September from Arkansas. This was our first time staying in Orange Beach and it was this unit on VRBO that caught my eye. It was spacious, clean, and had great views from all directions. Convenient to all the good places to eat. Bc of Hurricane Francine, we didn’t see the sun, but we made the best of it. We would love to stay in this unit again!

Great place! We will be back!

The complex is in a unique location. You have the beach directly in front of you, a rock wall, and get to watch the boats go in and out of the pass. This property is directly on the beach, but it’s at the “end” of the beach so it wasn’t near as crowded as the other properties next door. Fantastic! We had the best time and loved the little sandbar right in front of us. The condo itself was clean, the beds were comfy, felt safe, very nice lobby, elevators didn’t take forever. Our check in code didn’t work, but the owner answered right away and corrected. She was very nice. Overall, we were extremely pleased.

Grande Point 601

Wonderful condo with broad views of the Pass into the open ocean. Saw dolphins hunting and playing in front of us every day. Only caveat was Wi-Fi was weak on the balcony. Thanks, owner.

Perfect for vacation or business

I booked this place because there were 3 of us attending a medical conference nearby. The hotel where the conference was was sold out, as was their "partner" hotel. This place was closer than any other hotel and the fact it had 3 large bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom, was perfect. The check-in process was pretty seemless, coded door entry, if I were forced to offer one gripe, it would be that the door code is a bit long, I had to look it up on my phone every time I had to get in. That said, once we entered, it was great. It was SUPER clean, well stocked with towels, and enough amenities to get you though a day or two. The complex had an outdoor pool and hot tub, and great access to the beach, and it ALSO has in indoor pool, indoor hot tub, a small steam room and a small sauna. Great for when the weather doesn't cooperate. The balcony at the room was great for enjoying coffee or a cocktail. It was also nice to have a common space for us co-workers. We could gether in the mornings, have coffee, and walk over to the conference together. I would 100% recocommend this place for vacation, or business travel. Well worth the money!
