Amazing condo!! Pictures did not do it justice. Decor was absolutely beautiful! Enjoyed new white sectional in living room. Comfortable beds. Nice kitchen and well stocked, even a small air fryer and crock pot. The best part was the view from the balcony. The men loved to watch the boats. Always a plus for folks who don’t enjoy sun bathing on the beach. Would love to stay again!!

What a beautiful place! We had the best time here. Very clean, cozy, and all the amenities we could possibly need. There were even beach chairs to take down to the beach. She was so responsive to any questions we had as well. We would love to come stay here again!!

Great location in a quiet area of Orange Beach

Grand Point is a great place to stay if you are looking for a low density condominium vacation rental. The facilities are nice and location very nice. Being the middle of July we expected many more people and a crowded beach. We were pleasantly surprised, even the pool area was not crowded. There was never a wait for the elevator which can be a challenge in some high rise condos. Our condo had nice views of the water but not direct gulf front if that is what you are looking for. The interior differed from pictures with a ‘new’ sectional versus the bright couch and chairs shown in the online pictures. Kitchen was stocked nicely. Definitely bring extra paper towels, trash bags, dishwashing liquid etc. as there is a bare minimum provided. Beds and baths were okay with the master being much better than guest room. The guest room absolutely could use new sheets and pillows. Overall this unit is nice but not the best we’ve stayed in. The Grand Point itself is not overly fancy with huge pools and grounds but beats out fancy with much less crowds. We would stay here again.

Wonderful, Relaxing Stay

Perfect!

Our stay was perfect from beginning to end. The room was beautiful. Very clean, very well furnished and comfortable. The view was gorgeous. From the balcony we could see the pass as well as the open ocean. Great place to hang out. Quiet atmosphere. We plan to try to get the same room the next time we visit the area. Loved it!

Unique location !

Thanks so much for sharing your condo ! We had 5 members of our family , 3 generations , and it was enjoyed by all . We’ve stayed multiple times in Orange Beach and this was a unique location with the boats coming by . Very fun and enjoyable stay.

We love this condo: the location, the beach, the decor were all fabulous! My husband and I think very highly of Grand Pointe, and this condo was top notch, immaculately kept! Will definitely visit again!

Good condo / great view & location

Nice basic condo. Would recommend adding a rug for the living area & the master bedroom as well as another night stand & lamp for master bedroom! Could use another towel bar & bath mat for master bath.

I would go back!

Cleanliness: overall was very good, however, I immediately saw beard trimmings in the sink in one of the bathrooms. I wouldn't expect to see that if it was thoroughly cleaned between guests. It gives the impression that the cleaning company just did a quick wipe down and left. Check in process: a little confusing since we had to go to a different building to get our packet first. And then I left what I assumed was our parking pass (bright red paper that said "parking pass") on our dash when we parked at the condo. The next day we had a note that we were illegally parked and would be towed. We eventually found the correct paper and put it on the dash. These are my only two complaints and were relatively minor. We didn't need much communication with property mangers during our stay, but the little messages back and forth were quickly responded to and answered all questions with no problem. Whoever was answering my questions made me feel like I was talking to a buddy, not a stranger. I would book this property again with no hesitation, and can't wait to go back!

Great view.

We had a great time in a great place. Grand Pointe has so much to offer. The pass,jetty and the beach we amazing. Everything was so close too. You don't have to go far for anything. Second time there. We'll go again next year.

NORTH END OF ORANGE BEACH

The condo is exceptionally well maintained and located in a very fine complex. The view from the balcony is excellent with plenty of shade in the afternoon. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

We loved this condo!

My family and I had a great time at this condo. Check-in was easy, unloading and loading was also easy b/c the elevators were fast and we didn't have to "fight" to get a cart. The view was amazing...we watched the boats come in and out every morning and evening. My husband and son fished off the concrete wall and rocks. The condo was decorated so well with the beach theme throughout. The pool was nice and never overcrowded. Seafood restaurants and beach shops close by. We want to stay here again next year!

The beach was calling!

We had an amazing time while staying at GP in 502. The unit was tastefully decorated, clean, and well equipped. The A/C worked great as did the under the cabinet ice maker. The location was super convenient as well! We walked to dinner and lunch and/or for drinks almost every day and when we opted to drive, the location was convenient to everything we needed. It was fun watching the boats come in and out each day as we sat on the balcony enjoying morning coffee and evening cocktails.
