    Come relax in this ground floor Phoenix VI 1br Beachfront Beauty! Conveniently located just steps away from our covered parking! Also, enjoy the convenience of avoiding the elevators and walking straight from your patio to the outdoor pool and grills! There is a king bed in the bedroom, a sleeper sofa and twin sized sleeper chair in the living room and a for sleeping up to 5. We also have an extra full bath off the hallway.



    Phoenix VI is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.



    There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix VI. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing. FREE EV charging stations!

    Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $70 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Shower in master bedroom is not draining properly Toilet in hall bath cycles on and off on occasion. Shower in hall bath has a shower curtain that is way too long. Hard to take a shower in that bathroom without tripping over the curtain Kitchen sink water drips occasionally. Have you moved knob just right.

**WONDERFUL STAY**

Everything single thing about our stay was wonderful. From beginning to end. We loved the ease of parking in the parking garage and unloading everything almost right into our condo. The closeness of the pool and beach access were a huge plus. The condo was beautiful and clean…. I can’t wait to come back.

Quick getaway

Great spot, ground floor and close to your parking spot made the check in a breeze. Close to the pool and grills, and add a few more steps and you are walking on the beautiful white sand beach. Plenty of dining options and shopping near by. inside the condo is all you will need needs for comfort away from home. I will stay here again if available.

Convenient, comfortable location

Ground floor very convenient for pools, parking and unloading car. You did lack an ocean view as patio is below sand berm. You need a short stroll to view the beach & ocean. Accommodations are clean & comfortable. Check out is easy.

Thankful for the ground floor condo!!

Awesome ground floor! No elevator lines, COVERED parking with close proximity to the room!! Only complaint was the dirty/stained furniture and mold in the master shower!

Easy beach access

Very convenient parking and beach access. Made the whole process easier with kids. Only complaint is that we could not find any linens for the pull-out couch.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. There's some thing in the unit that needs to be updated - TV(blue screen), bathroom needs some refresh, might need a new mattress, there's a dip in the middle. We enjoyed being on the ground level and it's proximity to the pool. It was nice to have a parking space in the garage.

Not happy

Shower in 2nd bath filthy. No indoor pool or hot tub. Bed very uncomfortable. Check in was too late. Paid for 28 days was only allowed to stay 27. Won’t be back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property as a whole was exceptional, however the room we had needs some repairs as previously disclosed in reviews, the king size mattress definitely needs replaced it broken down one side sleeps higher than your partner, mold in master bedroom shower, both TVs were disconnected and did not work the duration of our stay, trim molding above shower in second bathroom was pulled away from wall, full length curtains have holes in them . I took pictures before we brought any of our items inside. Bathroom sink needs drain plug and re caulked. This review does not allow for pictures to be uploaded.

I will start with the positives…the unit has a great location, parking was convenient and easy, check in was easy, and the Phoenix VI building overall is great - lots of amenities and well cared for. If those features are all that is needed, then I would recommend this (or any) unit within Ph VI!If you are more particular about cleanliness and overall care/maintenance in the unit you’re spending your money on, then this is the unit to skip. Some of the serious issues were, what I suspect, was black mold on at least one air vent in the living room. The host said maintenance claimed it was just dirty and cleaned it. However, I disagree. The shower door and caulk around the door were either moldy or filthy, with lots of black build up inside and around the shower door. There were water spots on the ceiling of the bedroom, which is another reason I believe there was mold more so than dirt in some of the areas I listed. Less serious but disappointing other issues include several light bulbs out or flickering, outlets that either didn’t work or only partially worked, trim falling off the walls, many nail holes or nails left behind from “redecorating” and the floor left our feet black after walking on it. Some other things that were just annoyance were a partial roll of toilet paper in each bathroom is the only toilet paper provided and no extra sheets or pillowcases. If these issues are important tonyou, this unit is NOT the one to spend your money on.

Never again

I am very disappointed by the room. It was filthy and i was scared to touch anything. I really think they need to remodel or update or invest some time into correcting a number of things in this unit. I have tons of pictures to show exactly what i am referring to. I was so happy to leave and unfortunately will probably never stay at this condominium again.

Check in was fine, not much you have to do but get a parking pass. Kitchen left a lot to be desired. Let’s be honest you can tell this condo is new to the rental game. In my opinion this condo was about 8-10k and months out from really being ready to rent to guest. The furniture was very old and very stained and dirty. The master bath had extensive flooding damage. Although not important the TV were definitely store bought demo TV’s. You could not get them out of this mode either, so the screen was very dark blue almost black. We contacted the host who stated they would have maintenance come look at them, which I can promise they never did. We have stayed at the Phoenix several times and this condo is not up to par with its contenders. Perks for sure were the parking pass included in the stay and the walk out floor.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had unexpected guests. Huge bugs. Notified management on the second day of our stay. No one showed up to spray until the day before we were to check out. In the meantime we bought raid and sprayed. We didn't use the shower in the master bedroom because it didn't look clean and that's where the biggest bug was found. The furniture is worn and the bed wasn't comfortable. Not much of a view because we were on the beach level and didn't have a view of the water. One of the outlets was missing a cover and one of the cabinets was missing a handle.Overall the property needs some upgrades and tlc.
