Easy check-in/chevk-out. Host was very communicative, didn’t have any problems but am sure it would have been dealt with easily. View is exactly as pictured. Newly renovated, very comfortable even better in person. Wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Wonderful stay

We were very pleased with our stay. The check in and out process was a breeze, the inside of our condo was beautiful and just as listed with a pretty view and access to the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful and everything was just what we had hoped for!

Gorgeous and clean

This was probably the best vrbo, or other rental property that I’m not allowed to name in this review, we have stayed in, ever. It was clean, nice beds and furniture. Kitchen had the decent pans overall it was great.

Great Orange Beach Stay

We were very pleased with this condo - very clean, nice layout, on the beach, close to restaurants-church-shopping. Great kitchen-dining room-living room to stay in and eat and play games. Road is very busy-bike trails were awesome, beach walking incredible - playing at the beach with grandchildren-priceless. Will gladly come back!

The facility was nice however the pool was not heated, we did not see a sauna either. Pier and beach was lovely.

Great place - Fishing Pier was a HUGE PERK!

Location of the condo was great! The condo itself was very well kept and clean. The security guards were all kind and respectful throughout our stay. My teenage boys spent a vast majority of their time on the pier fishing. They absolutely loved it! The beach location was perfect. Not a very busy section of the beach during our stay, which was super nice. Will definitely consider staying here again, if the opportunity were to come our way during our next visit.

Constructive feedback

This was a beautiful property and we had a great stay. Room with 2 beds, both beds uncomfortable. Other bedrooms were great. Kitchen needs some more utensils, Forks etc. Containers with some covers for leftovers. Sauna inoperable in building, and has been for some time. Unable to get into excersize room without contacting security to open. Minor things and we will be back in the future.

Senior Fall Break Trip

We took our daughter and two friends for a few days just to relax and chill as she is almost halfway through her senior year of high school. The condo was amazing and everything as described. The only thing was they need to replace the refrigerator, because the door is hard to shut and is loud if you need to get up and get a bottle of water at night. The location was great to get to everything and having the private pier and gated beach access was great!!

Immaculate!

Immaculately clean super cute designed condo! Right on the second floor, so super quick to get up to and down from. Don't need to wait on the elevator as you can just go one level of stairs up or down! You can see straight out to the beach from the balcony that you get sun and shade from! Communication for anything we needed was quick and any issue taken care of! Best so far from any condo in this building and we've been coming here for 13 years! A+++

FOUR SEASONS 201E

Great unit. Had issue with stove front/handle coming off. Property manager quick to respond. Would like to have been notified when maintenance was coming, as it was unexpected during breakfast the next morning. Cable went out at noon day prior to leaving. Notified property manager. Was still out when we left. Over all it was a great stay!

Great Vacation Stay

So very clean and pretty! Everything is updated and it was spotless upon arrival. The location to the beach is convenient and the elevators are fast. You an also do the stairs easily. The pool was awesome and the pier was an extra that we enjoyed walking at night. Conveniently located to many good restaurants and stores. The porch was great to sit on with an awesome view of the beach. Even though the parking was nowhere near full, they still would not sell a third parking pass. If your condo is full, you’ll need three cars. The second guest room has two full beds, not two queens. This was a little disappointing but we still really enjoyed everything else about our stay.

Difference of Opinion

Gorgeous condo, well-appointed, very comfortable, and super clean! Furnishings are as pictured. The fishing pier was such a highlight to our stay. However, we thought we were booking a beachfront unit as we have always done for many years, but this lovely condo is on the side of the Four Seasons building. The balcony faces the water with walls blocking the view to left & right. So no sunrises or sunsets, just look straight ahead. We define this as beach "view" but mgmt differs by describing it as "oceanfront" (which the building itself certainly is). We would suggest guests look closely at the photos and realize that while this is a very nice, comfortable, lovely place to stay in a great location, it may not be the actual view you expected? Just a bit disappointing. We would go back. Had a great vacation!

Beautiful room Poor customer service

The room is beautiful and well kept! It was a great space for our family (6 adults 1 toddler). It’s on the 2nd floor near the elevator and stair access. The fishing pier is incredible. We traveled in 2 cars, upon arrival the group that arrived first were told that the 2nd car could not park on property. We had purchased the 2nd parking pass days in advance. When the 2nd arrived, we were told we could unload them had to move the car. Abby with Alabama getaway was helpful and apologetic. We were told we would be refunded the parking pass and the parking fee for the lot we had to go to. (Hasn’t happened yet but still optimistic) To say we were inconvenienced by not having our vehicle on property is an understatement. Almost everywhere we wanted to go we needed a vehicle. In addition, the gym does not have any of the equipment pictured and you have to hunt down the guard to let you in each time. It also stated a basketball court in the amenities, this is off property so we needed a car to get to it. I feel like for the amount of money that’s spent on these units, a courtesy call to notify us of the parking situation would have been appreciated. Overall, we made the best of it and enjoyed Orange Beach.
