We love coming to the Phoenix on the Bay and this condo was clean and tastefully decorated. We didn’t have any problems at all. Parking was a breeze. And the lazy river is THE best.

Love POTB. This was overall a great condo. AC issue while there was quickly addressed! Kitchen Sink was not clean when we arrived. Fridge water/ice dispenser badly needs cleaning. Sliding door to balcony needs maintenance to slide better, took 2 people. Decor beautiful! Great location and nice furniture! Never could get light to work in living room. We had tons of fun in the lazy river and playing pickleball!!

Beautiful condo

The furnishings in this condo were beautiful. Everything is high end and well taken care of. The view from the balcony was spectacular and we loved being able to bring our boat and dock it here. The lazy river was a big hit for our family. The owner manages the condo and was super quick and responsive when we had an issue with the code to the door. I would highly recommend this unit and we will definitely stay here again.

Amazing property on the Bay!

We came down as family to celebrate my sister’s 40th bday. Arriving at the property was easy and the location is spectacular. The views of the bay are so beautiful. We only had a minor issue that was QUICKLY remedied. Lindsey was so quick to respond with any questions we had and her property is great! The beds were very comfortable and the property was clean! The lazy river pool was a HUGE hit as most Of the trip, as it was too hot to be at the beach. There is a very fun water slide that the kids and adults alike loved! I have already sent this listing to a friend planning on coming down to Orange Beach! We would happily stay here again! Thank you Lindsey for your wonderful hospitality!

Beautifully decorated with an amazing view of the bay! We chose this property for the lazy river/mini water park and close by fishing. It was all extremely nice! Since booking owner responded very quickly to all of my questions. We will stay again in the future!

Wonderful Week!

Beautiful unit at equally beautiful condo! Unit is exactly as pictured, beds are comfy, and owner is very responsive! (Just watch out for the glass coffee table corners … be sure you leave adequate room and don’t cut the corners, lol, they aren’t forgiving.) The lazy river and pool area are clean and enjoyable. We brought the jet skis and boat; LOVED the on-site boat launch and available boat slip. Will definitely stay here again if in the area!

Great Stay!

This was our 2nd time staying in 1505. It’s a great condo for our family vacation. Beds are great, kitchen is stocked & the view is perfect. We bring our boat & enjoy island days as well as the lazy river. The owner is great to work with and very responsive.

Such a wonderful vacation....we will return again!!!!

This condo was by far one of the best places we have ever stayed. It was so comfortable and every need was fulfilled from the super comfy beds to the well stocked kitchen to the beautiful decor, everything was just perfect! The owner was so gracious and made sure all of our questions were answered in a friendly/timely manner. We love the Orange Beach area and will return to this unit in particular in the future. CK

Beautiful condo, great view

Really enjoyed this beautiful, spacious condo. Well laid out with plenty of room for a larger family with kids. Easy access, plenty of parking, away from heavy traffic, close to the beach if you’re willing to leave the awesome pool, beautiful view looking out over Perdido Pass that leads directly to the Gulf. Our family felt very comfortable here and hope to return next year.

Senior Spring Break 2022

We’ve stayed at POB many time over the years with our children when they were younger. They are now 22 and 17! This was by far our favorite condo. We chose this unit for our daughter’s spring break and we were not disappointed! We look forward to booking thing unit again in the near future!

This was the perfect location! Great Condo with awesome pools and the Lazy River. Very good Restaurants near by . Just a heads up you will need to pick up everything for your stay like salt,pepper. coffee filters, paper towels and etc. The kitchen is stocked with all modern appliances and that type of things. Beautiful Decor through out the Condo. You won't be disappointed..

Beautiful and super clean condo!

We had an awesome vacation in this beautiful condo! It was spotless clean and the decor was amazing! Your artwork is just fabulous! We sat on the balcony each night with a glass of wine and the view was so, so pretty. Lindsey was super helpful and answered questions as well as recommended many local restaurants and fun things to do. We had the absolute best vacation here and will definitely be back.
