Very Roomy!

Plenty of options for kids and adults! Plenty of room! The extra set of bunkbeds were so nice to have! Also loved not having to worry about rails on the balcony for my smaller kids! We enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful!!

The condo was perfect for our quick family getaway. Condo was clean upon arrival except for the coffee pot wasn’t cleaned and had old coffee grinds, no worries we cleaned it up for our use.. condo was conveniently close to everything. Would be helpful if company would supply a couple more trash bags, condo was supplied with just 1. For family staying a couple of days it is hard to buy a whole box for just 1 or 2. Overall we absolutely loved it and will def be back..

Absolutely worth visiting!

Spacious condo that can accommodate a big party (family). Beautiful condo. “Kids” guest room is so fun! Property manager dropped by later to greet us and to deliver a goodie bag. Was available all the time. The view is beautiful. Private access to the beach. Very clean beach. The ocean is shallow - perfect for vacation with kids. Parking is a bit harsh…most times of a day all spots are taken and you have to park in a plaza across the street. And from my understanding still have to pay for parking permit. Thank you for accommodating us ☺️

Family Vacation!!

Absolutely a great place to stay, had everything we needed with a big family group for cooking breakfast and enough places for everyone to sleep! Loved having to 3 different bathrooms throughout, gave everyone their own space! Only ONE thing we didn’t like was not enough parking…. BUT the guard there was very helpful and everything worked out great!!! Will definitely be staying again when we come back to Orange Beach!! Very easy to walk and get to places to eat, Walmart is just right across the street so perfect location!

Great Location

The location is fantastic, the beach is amazing and it's just a short boardwalk to the beach. It is also located right across the street from Walmart, souvenir shops and restaurants. The property was clean. If you are traveling with older kids it should be noted that the 2 bunk beds by the bathroom are short bunk beds, if you have people taller than 5'8' the beds will be short. The other misleading thing is parking. You get a parking pass, but you are not guaranteed a parking spot. If a spot was not available we were instructed to park at a hotel that was a 5 minute walk and charged $25 per night. We had to pay this fee 2 nights. Lastly, one night the smoke detector starting chirping at 2 am. We called the property manager who told us to call Beachball Properties who told us to take the battery out of the smoke detector, which is obviously unsafe.

Not enough parking

The condo overall was clean a few random clothing tags were left on the floor in the living room. Location was Perfect HOWEVER the biggest horrible incident was PARKING. We had absolutely nowhere to park one of our nights. We were told by security we had to drive to somewhere else to pay for parking when we had two free parking passes for our condo. Not only did we have to pay to park we then on our second vehicle had our parking pass on the rear view Mirror and received two parking ticket violations . We were parked in appropriately designated spots. Called for assistance with this the guy who barely spoke English never even could comprehend we had parking passes didn’t need those we had no parking place!!!! So the assistance we received was not helpful at all. We were requesting refund of the money we had to pay $30.64 due to we were told we were allotted 2 spots when we were not we had to pay to park elsewhere. There needs to be more parking where all of the flowers are or even Mayb where tennis courts are that are not even being used. Over all we enjoyed the stay but condos should not be rented to people if parking spots do not even exist to accommodate someone already paying near 2000 to rent and pay for parking that is included.

First time visiting Orange Beach/Gulf Shores and we definitely will be back! The condo was as advertised. Very clean, beautiful decor and furnishings. Very spacious for our group of 10!

It was a nice condo but no heated pool

The weather was kind of crummy and we didn’t know until we got there that the pool wasn’t heated. The check in process was unlike anything I’ve seen. It’s a room with a table, like a waiting room and the “security “ dude was sitting in his car out front. He wasn’t even in the so called office. The morning of checkout, we were loading our vehicles at 7 am and checkout wasn’t until 10 but they had already changed the code on the door so it was no longer active. Luckily, we were taking turns so we didn’t get locked out completely. Also, my daughter left her ring. I emailed them as soon as I got home and told them right where she left it and what it looked like. They said they would talk to cleaning crew. Never heard back after that. Not a place I would stay again especially for the price. It was one of the most expensive condos we’ve stayed in yet and we go twice a year.

Nice and Roomy

Overall we loved the place. The pluses was the size of the condo. We were all very comfortable. The only minor hiccups was: *The construction going on. I don't recall seeing any notifications in the overview of the condo. *There was no coffee pot, so we had to buy one. *We had to call maintenance to help with the living room remote. Also it would be helpful for some sort of TV guide. Overall we loved the place and will return. Another plus, we didn't have to pay for parking. Our guests were able to park on site.
