Disappointed to say the least.

The unit had limited oceanfront view. However you could only see about 2/3 of the ocean. Blocked by adjoining units on both sides. The floors are in need of a deep cleaning. Within a few minutes the bottom of our feet were black. Needless to say we didn’t take our shoes off to walk around. You could look at the wall and actually see the original grout color. The bathroom sink is draining real slow and I believe the commode may be leaking into the bowl. There were ample supply of dishes, pots and pans as well as ample silverware. This was a last minute exchange as the original unit elevator wasn’t working and the unit was on the fifth floor. They did offer a few units but nothing was oceanfront except the one we ended up staying at. Lastly the furniture is very dated and worn out. Thought about flipping the cushions over but they were stained rather bad. Can’t recommend this as a place to stay.

Poor communication

The beach was nice, elevator broke down at least one time, some people were stuck in it for 40 min. The dryer had a broken door handle and the ac broke down and the stove had a loose burner and took 4 days to fix, could have at least offered a fan. Host company would just have a autoresponse when i would send a message, they could have at least gave a heads up repairmen were coming. Wed come back to the condo and the door would be open with workers in it. I get things break down, but at least send a response.

Convenient. Great property management team

While this unit is slightly outdated it was super clean and convenient to everything. Literally an elevator ride to the beach which is great. When we arrived we noticed our fridge wasn’t working and while the management could not do anything for us that evening they did work to get us a fridge the next day and they also comped some of our stay for the inconvenience. My only complaint on the entire place is the pool size and location. It’s pretty small and also has zero view. It’s essentially in front of the parking lot. Overall though this was a pretty great place!

First time to Orange Beach. We really enjoyed our stay and the beach was beautiful. Enjoyed watching the dolphins from our balcony each morning and afternoon. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful and Perfect location

Happy with our stay. Overlooked the beach. Walked out of the room straight to the beach and ocean. Room was what i expected. The bunk beds were a little uncomfortable and small for my 11 year old twins but not really a big deal. The pull out couch was comfortable and so was the bed in the bedroom. The pool was small but we also never used it since the ocean was right there. Location was close to several food places and the publix for groceries. If you are looking to spend most of your time and the beach I would recommend this place.

Review

The property was very clean and anything we wanted to do was very close by, some within walking distance. The price was very reasonable. I was disappointed that the pier pictured was only accessible by visitors of Four Seasons next door.

Cute area parking is small. I don’t know if I would of been able to put 6 adults in the area. But it was enough for me n my 2 teenagers. But overall a great little place to get away for a couple of days.

LOVED location

Condo was nice! Clean! Loved the private balcony!! Loved going straight to room without check in desk. Loved being beside the pier. If I had to complain it would be the TVs. & elevator. Very nice quiet property. Would stay again for sure!!

Concerns

Overall the unit was clean. The furniture a little worn and dingy. But the towels/bathroom was clean. View was great. The pool area looked clean but did not use it. Small complex. Easy to get to. Concerns: the electrical plugs in living. One had a burnt mark. Pulled the couch back to try and plug in there (a lamp was already plugged in but NO outlet cover!! Warning the little paper car tag will fall down and you may get a warning that you will be towed. Just be sure it is there. I am glad they are concerned with people parking that shouldn’t be there but just be careful

Emerald Skye 52

Our condo was wonderful! It was clean and had all the essentials. The only problems noted were as follows: bed frame was broken causing one whole side of the bed to sag badly, one of the electrical outlet covers in the living room had come away from the wall and there was a wicker table and chaise lounge chair on the balcony that were usable, but did need some repairs. All in all we had a beautiful stay and would DEFINITELY go to this condo again.

Needs a total reno!

The view from the deck is beautiful and the access to the beach is great! The check in process easy and convenient. Parking is also convenient. But the accommodations are unacceptable and the one elevator is hot, dirty and mostly unavailable. Also, the property garbage cans need emptied more regularly and the common areas swept and mopped. The deck furniture, the main room sofa and chairs, the bed and pillows, the shower, the refrigerator, the window treatments and the tile flooring all need replaced. And the whole unit needs a good cleaning. The shelving in the kitchen cupboards also need repaired/replaced. The entry door needs sealed. We planned this trip as a trial run before bringing our grandchildren here next year. And we are glad we did - we will not be back to this unit nor will we rent from this property management company.
