Check-in was exceptionally smooth due to the timely communication of the owners. The condo is roomy and clean with a well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The ice machine was a godsend. Beach chairs saved us enough to be able to enjoy an additional dinner out. We were nervous at first because we had three vehicles and only 2 parking passes available for a 4-bedroom condo (we had 8 adults). We were able to secure a 3rd spot only because parking was available due to off-season traffic. This is not on the owners; this is on the HOA. Two passes per condo? Bigger condos demand bigger parking capacity. At Admiral's Quarters, it doesn't matter how many bedrooms are offered. I feel like we lucked out. Searching for off-site parking and the various costs was stressful. I'm glad it worked out ok. The HOA should reconsider the rules about parking.The condo was perfect and the owners were stellar. I rate this condo an A only because I can't rate it any higher.
