This condo was just right for our group. Casual and comfortable. It has a great view of the Gulf! There is a deck off the room with the king bed and a deck and view of the water from the living room/dining area.

Ocean view beautiful!! Had a wrapAround balcony on the front! Loved the 2nd balcony too that was off the master king bed room…which overlooked the parking lot

The condo needed a little more attention in cleanliness. The couch is a bit uncomfortable! However, the overall stay and condo was nice. Could use a crock pot, some scissors, a new coffee pot for sure and some plastic containers to store cooked leftovers

Would not recommend

For the price, I was very disappointed with the unit. This was the first vacation our family had taken in 5 years and I was really upset. I was not told that I had to pay for parking. I received a text stating additional charges may apply one week before the trip. I should have asked how much parking would have cost. We had 2 cars and that was an extra 110 I was not planning on. The WiFi did not work. I did call someone and they said they reset it but it still did not work. The tv would not connect. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. All of the furniture was old and outdated. We had to go buy fans for the rooms because it was hot in the condo. The place was clean I will give them that. It is an older unit. It is a good location with lots of places close by. The lines to get on and off the elevator at the beach were insane. We waited 30 minutes for an elevator ride from the beach floor to our room on floor 9. I would not stay here again.

Last year we decided to get away for this year's Thanksgiving since it is such a hectic time of the year we needed a break. This is exactly what we needed family time and we were so thankful for it! We had so much fun even though it was cold!

Beautiful property

Beautiful property, loved the balcony and the rooms were big and spacious. The sofa bed is broken but it was nice to have a blow up mattress. However I didn’t find extra sheets for it. Thankfully I brought my own. Be aware of parking! I don’t think it’s listed on the listing but you have to pay $55 per car and you only get 2 vehicles. I was surprised by this.

Nice place but elevators need some work!

Everything was great but the elevator situation was not good we had to wait for 15-20 minutes every time. We even walked down and up the stairs from the ninth floor just so we wouldn’t have to wait! Other than that we had a fantastic time!

Great condo

We are a group of 4 ladies that take a yearly beach trip. This condo is one of the best ones yet. Everything about the condo is comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. We will definitely be back!

Review of the property

The place was not clean. The beds covers had stains looked like ketchup. the chair recliner handle was broken and was filthy. the sofas were old and stained. Bed sheets were not clean. as a whole was really a bad experience. Closets were piled with stuff .... I can go on. Only positive thing was view was not bad. And next tenant please make sure you have at least one day of salt pepper, coffee and sugar. We have stayed at Airnb all over but never encountered this.

Decent stay

Enjoyed the location. Did not enjoy the third party management process. Seemed a little excessive to rent. The 1000 checkout was also something that wasn’t enjoyable. Would like to have a noon checkout.

Great place!

Great place! Absolutely stunning views! Our only problem was check-in. After driving 8 hours to the property, i was told we were not allowed to check in there. I had to drive almost 30 mins to the realtor’s office to get the code/ room number. Putting our vaction on hold and leaving us in the car with our 15mo old an extra hour!

About my stay at the condo.

Everything was good except the fact that they had construction work going on and it's was a lot of noise with that. Housekeeping was wonderful.

Poor cleanliness

The main living area was pretty worn down and dirty. The furniture had dirt stains and human hair on them when we arrived so we had to use extra bed sheets to cover to feel ok using. It also looks like the floors in corners of the condo had not been cleanee in a long time. Additionally, there are exposed carpet staples at the thresholds of each bedroom that we each stepped on. The place could really use a deep cleaning and/or new furniture that people aren’t afraid to sit on.
