Great complex

Great complex with a pool and a grassy backyard that overlooks docks and boat traffic between you and Ono Island. Very peaceful. The grass and mature trees really make this place a nice beach vacation.

Great Vacation

Great stay at Dolphin Harbor. easy access to the bay out the back where the kids could fish. great and easy pool to play in. right across the street from the beach access, which was not crowded. wonderful accommodations, and we will definitely be looking to stay again.

Fantastic Family Time

Fantastic floor plan for six adults and one child! Location was perfect for brother’s wedding, and two other family members, who had boats docked outside, were also pleased with their units. Pool was clean and fun too.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay At Dolphin Harbor and would definitely rent again. I don’t understand why you have to go by a office 4 miles out of the way just to get parking passes. Those could easily be left in the condo. The ice machine didn’t work but other than that it was perfect.

Family Spring Breakers

We enjoyed our stay. We we were not told the pool was closed and it was spring break. The adults would lay out by the pool but nobody was allowed to swim and one of the owners would approach you if you stepped foot in the pool. I feel the pool should’ve been closed and locked up or open and swimmers allowed. We stayed with our doors opening to the pool with teens and preteens on spring break yet they were not allowed to swim. This should have been disclosed before booking. Also, several lamps didn’t have light bulbs. The housekeepers showed up and knocked on the door at 8AM the day of checkout and sat in their car directly in front of the unit until we left. The managing company, however was very nice. It seems the HOA at this complex is not very easy to deal with and the property management company is at their mercy.

Great property

We had a great time staying here. When we arrived the pool area said “closed” so our kids were bummed the first day, but after messaging the management we found out it wasn’t actually closed. You do have to walk across a busy street to get to the beach but it wasn’t bad and the beach access was super easy and nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Good overall

Overall the room was good. Our AC was not working so the room stayed warm, couldn’t get it below 78. If it wouldn’t have been in February we would not have been able to stay the weekend. Other than that the room was great. Location, clean, and the rooms were all great.

Labor Day weekend

Dolphin Harbor is a beautiful property and the unit we rented was great. Bella Beach Properties are great to deal with and they made everything simple. We will be back next year!

Always a good time

We have stayed here 3 times. We love bringing the boat. It is weird that you can bring a boat but they don’t let you park your trailer on property so it’s a juggling act to get trailer parked and then drive boat over to condo.

Absolutely beautiful inside & view!

Condo was just like the photos (but EVEN more spacious than it looks!) It was perfect for our family with adults and children. Beach access was very easy and very much enjoyed. The view from the master bedroom and patio, looking at the bay are amazing! The pool being steps away was great to get the kids right back in and into baths. Close to almost anywhere you'd need/want to go. Highly recommend this property :)

Family loves this property!

Loved the location with boat docks since we bring our boat. Family enjoyed everything about the condo! Spacious, clean and management was great both times we have rented the unit, First in May and again in September. Wish it was available for the week of Thanksgiving, we would definitely like to go back.

Very clean, lost of space for our group of 7. Very quiet pool was nice.

Great place to stay with our group of 7. Loved all the rooms and bathroom were very spacious. Would be great for couple also. It’s on the canal and enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the morning watch the boats going out. Can’t wait to plan our next trip with my family for next year.
