Stay in May

Simple and straightforward. Right beside the pool and beach. The unit is well placed. It's a relaxing place. There's a lot of rules to keep down riffraff. The master mattress is unbearably hard. Other than that, just as you'd want.

clean, comfortable, pleasing vacation

A few insignificant mechanical issues. Overall, well equipped clean and comfortable. Not really a direct ocean view being ground floor in front of facility pool but nevertheless an enjoyable property. Property management 5 star and a relaxed environment. We would book again except possibly 2-3 floors up.

Perfect location but janky unit

Location of this unit is the absolute best. Steps away from pool and beach. But the owners need to make some updates, especially when charging 3k a week. Master mattress is awful and living room furniture is too. Recliners are almost broken. It doesn’t feel comfortable. The unit is ok but I wouldn’t stay here again. A few updates would make this unit amazing. FYI no Keurig and the TV is really small. Bring your own pillows.

The property was great , just if your going to stay bring your own pillows and blow up mattress cause the pull out couch is wore out and pillows are too . The main bed is way to hard .

Cozy Condo

Condo was on ground floor which was nice because it had a small yard. Located right by the pool and beach access. Unit could use some updating and new kitchen pots and pans along with cookie sheets. It was nice having recliners. TV in living room was small. Would consider staying here again if going to Orange Beach.

Great location but needs some work

The location of the condo was great. It was very convenient to be right outside the pool so the kids could go back and forth. We had a great time during this stay. However, the furniture in the unit needs updated as the recliners were on the edge of broken and the pull out couch bed was not fit for proper sleeping. We also had trouble with roaches, spiders, and other bugs. Despite the cons of the unit, we still had a great trip and really enjoyed the Seaside property.

Here for our daughters wedding . This was a great place and location . A.c. works really good and we loved the pool being outside and a walkway straight to the beach . Overall we enjoyed our stay.

this property was on the first floor which was helpful for family members that have a hard time walking . the patio was next to the pool and the walkway to the beach. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We were all very pleased with this rental . Hope to do this one again soon.

Family Fun

Really enjoyed staying at this property. It was perfect for our family of three. The condo had just about everything we needed. Loved the first floor, easy access to the beach. We vacationed during Spring Break and noticed some minor noise from neighbors, I think a non-party week would be very peaceful. The property was clean and well kept. The beach was beautiful and loved that the public beach next to us had lifeguards on duty.

Great place to stay. Location perfect for beach and pool. Two drawbacks are drainage system and my wife didn’t like the masters bedroom mattress. However, we will definitely stay here again.

Great stay.

This room was great for us. We traveled from the beach to the room to the pool over and over and over. My husband fished multiple times a day so the distance was great for that. We used the water hose to wash the poles once we got back from the beach. That was great. We used the indoor pool every night except our last night, they closed it for construction on the roof. We liked the tile floors for easy sweeping. The toaster got me a few times. The right side burnt my bagel every time. I didn't have a pen but I loved the book that other guests wrote in and I wanted to as well. If I could add one thing to the room it would be a couple cups that had lids like a yeti mug because I forgot that I may even want something like that when I was packing and the kitchen had literally everything else I needed besides that. 😆. All in all. We had everything we needed and had a great time and the location was great. We loved Orange Beach.

Not the best

First of all, they provide you with one thing of toilet tissue which they tell you and is fine but one roll of paper towels and one garbage bag for a four night stay with five people! Then, it made it seem like for a two bedroom unit you would get two car passes but no you have to pay for an extra car pass. They have so many rules that it’s even hard to enjoy your vacation. Don’t play ball. If you have no car pass, your car will be towed. The “security guard” the first night was very rude and acted like he was God.
