Excellent location, room was clean and modern. Access to and from the unit to the beach, pool, and parking lot was easy. Host is incredibly responsive and helpful, will definitely stay again.

This pet friendly condo is very clean, nicely furnished and it met all our expectations! We loved the view and easy beach access. The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants. We also enjoyed meeting other friendly pet owners during our stay. The check-in process is easy and we had great communication from the property manager. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Silver Beach. The location to the beach was great. The kitchen was very well equipped. The condo was exactly as described.

I loved the view from the balcony and the main bedroom has its own glass doors to the balcony. The Host, Terry, was very easy to work with and was very quick to respond. I liked the condo and liked there are mostly adults staying there.

Beautiful Beach Stay

Right on beach, great location to retail services and restaurants.Pet friendly but sadly not beach pet friendly.Hangers would be nice to have in your closets for guests.

Easy check in/out. Great views. Quiet environment. Good communication from Terry. We had to park across the street one night due to lack of parking but it was during July 4th and everything was crowded. We had a great stay overall and would book again.

Best Vacation stay ever!!!

The location was gorgeous! Nothing like a direct gulf view and beach access! Best stay if you have a pet! Very pet friendly condo! And the best beach for collecting sea shells! I brought home some fabulous ones! Quick, easy access to any and all stores. Quick shopping! Very clean, beautiful condo! Enjoyed our stay thoroughly! We will be booking here again! Thanks for a wonderful experience!!!

Nice clean unit with perfect views

overall great experience. Only issue was the AC unit wouldn't keep the unit cool. notified the property manager about the issue so it could be addressed before the next guests arrived. Would definitively book the unit again.

Heaven on earth

This condo was perfect from first step in the door! The view is spectacular. Very comfy condo all around. We had everything we needed for our week stay. Property management was easy to get ahold of. We enjoyed dolphins from the balcony in the mornings. I didn’t want to leave when the week was up. I brought my doggo with me even though the beach is not dog friendly. They even had food bowls under the cabinet. Can’t wait to come back.

This condo is very clean and recently remodeled. The kitchen and baths have beautiful gold faucets that gives the room an uplifted presence. The light wood flooring is new and gives an overall feeling of clean.. throughout the condo. It is on the 8 th floor.. top of the building.. it is quiet and serene.. the only sounds coming from the beautiful Gulf. The bedrooms were neatly fitted with new bed spreads and pillows. The bed was on the firm side but not uncomfortable.. it felt new also. They do a first class job of making sure this kitchen looks like new. I looked for a Kuerig coffee maker but they had a Mr. Coffee. All the tvs(3) were easy to work and look reasonably new. The only negative thing I can think of is the sofa. It has seen its best years. It was the only thing that looked worn. The loveseat that accompanies this was in great shape.. overall, we loved it. It is so convenient to shopping, Publix, Walmart, CVS and Walgreens are just across the street..the pool is freshly painted and very nice. We were here end of March - 3rdof May. I would rent this again.. k

Nothing against rental, but a note to future renters, although facility is pet friendly, pets are not allowed on the beach. And that was the only disappointment of our trip.

Beautiful view and great location - a 3 minute walk to shopping and dining. Condo was clean, comfortable, modern and exactly as pictured. Highly recommend!
