Excellent communication and availability by host. The entire Family had so much fun. Amenities very nice and the best parts were 100 feet to beach and ample free parking. Community is gated.

Beautiful Property Great for Families

Beautiful Beachhouse! Perfectly located in the heart of Orange Beach. Great for our family of 11. The beach and pool are literally only a few steps from your door. The pool is great for small children!

Every thing was wonderful. Beach area not crowded it’s away from the high rise condos. Great area to walk by Rosemary Dunes. The complex is well taken care of.

Family Vacation

This home is absolutely beautiful. We rent quite a few homes every year and I would say that this one was the best so far. We were there over Thanksgiving, and everything that we needed in the kitchen was available, so it went off without any issues. The only complaint on the rental (and it doesn't take away how nice it is), was that there is only one extra trash bag, one extra paper towel roll and no extra toilet papers. So with a house that sleeps fourteen people over the course of a week, that is a little unreasonable given the price of the rental. We did have to go buy the needed supplies when we got into town. This is the first rental that I have ever had that didn't supply the proper amount of supplies. To be completely fair, they do tell you in the rental agreement email that this will be the case, but I still found it a little ridiculous. With that said, the house is still very nice, and you can see the ocean from most windows, and it is literally just steps out onto the beach. Plenty of parking for several cars. Lots of stores and restaurants very close by. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

What a great place!

This home was exactly as described & pictured! Beautiful decor & furnishings-very clean. Property management was very quick to respond to any questions. The 2 decks overlook the amazing pool-which my family loved along with the gas firepit for s'more making! Plenty of deck tables/furniture to be comfortable. We appreciated the beach chairs/toys/boogie boards to use while we were there. Just steps to the beautiful beach! We had a wonderful vacation!

Lovely spacious home

After 50 plus years of renting on the Gulf Coast and a few years of owning our own, this house rates among the top for layout, cleanliness and decor. Although, not beachfront, access was easy and the beach was not over crowded.

Great beach weekend!

My husband and I had our three adult children, their spouses, and their children stay with us for four nights. It was a perfect house for our large group. We loved the number of beds, the arrangement of the bedrooms, and the well-equipped kitchen!

Great property!

Loved this place. Location is excellent. We loved the big porch and it was very convenient to have the outside stairs leading up to it. Outdoor shower and hose was a plus to rinse off the sand. Our kids loved borrowing the beach toys, boogie boards and crab nets. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Awesome house in a perfect location.

The stay was amazing. It was a great house in a perfect location and we look forward to booking in the future. Only request is that the kitchen have a few more basics like salt/pepper for cooking that are harder to purchase for a shorter stay.

Wonderful house and location!

The house was wonderful and the location was perfect. A very short walk to the beach and there is a wonderful pool area as well. It is in a gated neighborhood with plenty of parking and shopping, restaurants, grocery stores very close by. We will definitely be back. There are plenty of sleeping spaces for a large family or a group of friends.
