Beautiful location

This is a great condo with excellent amenities! Condo is pretty. The layout of the condo is ideal and love that the laundry is tucked back behind the 1/2 bath! Our only issues are: there weren’t any mattress pads on the beds so you just had the sheet and an incredibly firm mattress, master needs room darkening drapes because it’s too bright for our liking and you can’t sleep in.

Great (interrupted) view

This is a fantastic property. It had great views, was spacious, clean and even had a great reserved parking place - when available. The master bedroom had a very comfortable mattress. The refrigerator had some missing and broken shelves that limited the capacity for food. A couple of chairs on the balcony were missing some screws and were ready to fall apart. The biggest disappointment was the presence of painters on scaffolds going up and down in front of our balcony. This went on for the entire month. The painters also blocked off our great parking spot several days. I realize that the building needs routine maintenance but it would have been nice to know ahead of time that the slowest painters in the world had been hired to do the job.

Get away

Wife and I planned a last minute get away to relax and enjoy the beach life. It was perfect. While we aren’t “sitting on the beach” types, we enjoy being near and sitting on a balcony looking at the ocean and beach. The view was amazing and perfect for us. The condo was very spacious and more than enough space for a family of 4+.

Wonderful beach getaway

Regency Isle is our favorite place to stay in Orange Beach, and this is a great unit! The condo has a calming, beachy vibe, beds were very comfortable and it had everything we needed for a great week to celebrate our 25th anniversary - thanks so much!

Regency Isle: Orange Beach

Regency Isle is the only place for us! This is our fourth time there and it never disappoints. Our condo this year was just as I expected. It was clean and provided everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We will be back!

Family Reunion

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Our extended family was in other multiple condos at Regency Isle so it was great to all be in one spot. The condo was clean and exactly as listed. Great location! It was a nice touch to have a wagon in their outdoor closet to haul all of our beach stuff down.

GORGEOUS view and less busy than Destin!

The view is amazing. Easy walk to the beach! Loved this area of Orange Beach. So much less busy than Destin and Fort Walton Beach and still has plenty of restaurants, shopping and be sure to check out OWA and Tropic Falls! Our King bed was extremely squeaky and sounded like it was going to fall apart (it was missing a center support), I sent a message and maintenance fixed SAME DAY with new bed rails.! Twin size bed is not full length, and Queen and Twin sound as if they need new rails or maintenance as well. I was glad it was only kids on those beds. Unit has BEST parking spot in the whole building (right next to elevators and boardwalk to the beach) and I might come back JUST for this! We were able to leave our boogie boards and chairs in the car and grab on the way to the beach. Downsides: The tile floor was NOT clean, I am hoping some serious deep cleaning occurs because I want to come back! Also, it appeared the unit was missing an air filter and air intake was filthy. I almost just cleaned it myself but had already steam mopped the floor, washed pillow shams and wiped down a stool and shower in the master bath. Master shower floor and door crevices also need a deep clean. I shouldn't have to clean on vacation to have peace of mind and especially for this price. (due to added fees) I felt my cleaning fee should have been refunded frankly. This is a beautiful unit and if you are not someone who notices cleanliness details like my husband, this unit is perfect! AC works great, so that is a huge plus. The dishwasher looks new and the patio furniture is great. Thanks for a great time!

Great beach condo

This is a beautiful, well-equipped condo. My favorite part is the easy beach access and the gorgeous view. Great furniture on the balcony - we ate out there and loved watching the ocean. Management and the owners were very responsive.

Love Orange Beach 🏖

Very nice unit in the perfect location. Several great restaurants nearby. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. The vents and ceiling light fixtures could use a good cleaning and the sheets were ultra thin but the beds were comfortable. I’d consider staying here again.
