Family Beach Vacation

Highly recommend this property!! It was everything we could have imagined and our children and grandchildren loved it! Views are amazing! We will definitely be going back for another visit :)

Perfect

It was the perfect spot for our spring break. We took seven teenagers and they had plenty to do there on the property. The condo itself was clean and roomy.

Family Gathering

This condo is one of our favorites due to the ample room, both inside and on the balcony. Both adults and kids loved the pools and the slides.

Condo was beautiful and clean. Highly recommend. Resort has everything we needed. The lazy river is amazing. Cabanas and Tiki bar service were excellent.

Birthday Celebration in Orange Beach

My family enjoyed our stay as we celebrated our sister’s 50th Birthday. The property and room were beautiful along with the amenities. The property was actually in close proximity to a great restaurant and the Marina if you wanted to do any water or boat rentals. Very relaxing, we loved our stay and had no problems at all.

Great property

The resort is great and has big rooms and lots of things to do. Beach access is limited and difficult to procure without paying *another* parking pass. But overall a very nice stay

Family Vacation

We love our stay at Caribe. The location is perfect, close enough to get to everything quickly but right out of the crazy part of traffic. The view is breathtaking. We loved having breakfast and enjoying the sunrise. Will definitely be back.

Our stay at Caribe was amazing! So much to do right on the property! The condo is beautiful and so comfortable! My family loved it! The only complaint they had was that we had to leave! So, I booked another week June 2025!

Will never stay at another Orange Beach condo!

This was our second stay at this one of a kind condo where you can watch beach AND bay side sunsets from one seat. Accommodations are luxurious, clean, and spacious. Check-in and check-out processes were unbelievably easy, leaving no questions to be asked. Plan to come back annually!

Great Vacation place for family

My family and I spent the week of July 4th at Caribe and had a wonderful time. The condo was spacious, clean, accommodating and had an amazing view of the Gulf. We enjoyed all the pools on the property, especially the slides. The property was not over-crowded and we were always able to find chairs. We rented a pontoon with a slide our last day and appreciated the convenience of having a marina onsite. It was a great family vacation!

Girls Getaway

This property is beautiful. We had a couple of bumps, things needing repair, but management took care of everything promptly. We also had a weather delay in our arrival on the front end, and were offered the ability to stay that time at the back end of the trip. Would definitely rent this property again!

Spring Break

We absolutely loved our stay here! Our condo was just as described! It was clean, furnished & decorated beautifully & had so much room for our family of 7 & even more if we needed it! The balcony is huge, with so much furniture/seating & a beautiful view! The entire resort is amazing!! So many pools, amenities & is very clean! It is in a perfect location that is close to everything! Communication was quick & easy & we were even able to checkin 2 hours early!! This was by far our my favorite spring break spot! We will definitely be back here again & can’t wait!

Everything was great . Condo was beautiful. Only comment I have was kitchen was not as well equipped as most places I’ve rented , no serving spoons and a shortage of serving bowls . Rest of kitchen equipment was very nice

Awesome Getaway

Spacious, beautiful condo. Had everything we needed for a family of 7. The 3 outdoor pools and lazy river were where we spent most of our time. When we were in the condo, the huge balcony was our favorite place to relax while taking in views of both the Gulf and Old River. If we had any questions, the management agency answered them within minutes. We will definitely be back to this unit.

Great family vacation condo

The amenities, view and Condo is amazing! The only thing we were disappointed in was the listing said fold out couch in media room. When we contacted the property manager they said there was an air mattress in a closet . Not a fold out couch! That put my 20 yr old on a couch in the living room.also the toilets were slow, but they offered to come fix them . Overall we made the best of it and had a great vacation.

Review of Caribe Resort

The condo was in good condition. The pools and playground were very nice. I specifically rented the condo because of the lazy river which closed during our entire. It was a planned maintenance activity which I was not made aware of. Thel lady at the desk at the resort was very unfriendly and there was clearly some dissatisfaction with customers who rent from outside companies. The beach was a very long way away (especially with small children) and even the tram only got you to a very long boardwalk that you needed to walk to get to the beach.

Misrepresentation

VRBO stated that this unit slept 12. 4 bedroom, including 1 bedroom with bunkbeds and a pull out sleeper couch. When I called the office to tell them that the unit only slept 9, they suggested I use a blow up mattress in the living room for our remaining guest. They weren't aware that there wasn't a sleeper sofa in the unit and said they'd fix the online mistake.The verbiage on VRBO has since been updated to some degree. Sleeping arrangements are very important when going on vacation, especially when your children are young adults. Sleeping was rough. Id also recommend stocking the unit with better cookware. It was inadequate for this large of a group. When management was contacted for can opener, cutting board, strainer, knives, we were ignored. Nothing was ever brought to the room. If coming to this condo, you must bring everything with you. There wasn't even salt and pepper in this unit. The condos were nice and sit on a beautiful property, but this unit could definitely be better. Management was very submissive. Maybe it was just a busy time for them.
