There was MAJOR construction going on. They were redoing the entire decking and boardwalk out to the beach. They were also resurfacing the pool and hot tub. We were told this at a time where it was too late to cancel without losing a lot of money. They were using chainsaws and compressors and every other kind of tool. We were on the fourth floor, so we were close to the noise. The pool was on one side of the balcony and the decking and boardwalk on the other side of the balcony. There was no way to get away from the noise except to leave the property and go somewhere else to enjoy the ocean. I contacted Liquid Life, who manages the property, three different times. I was finally given a 175 refund, which considering what we paid to stay there, really wasn't a fair refund. This wasn't the first time we had stayed here, but it will definitely be our last.
