Wonderful Stay!

The property was clean and in a great location! An added bonus- the listing shows 3 bathrooms but the unit actually had FOUR full bathrooms which was a very pleasant surprise!During our stay, the washing machine didn’t work. Property Management was excellent and sent someone the same day to check on it. A new machine had to be ordered and they delivered as promised on Friday- which happened to be a holiday. We were very pleased with their attention to the issue. Cannot say enough great things about Flip Flop Vacation Rentals.The only downside we had, which is the building itself, not specific to this unit, is that there was zero cell service inside the building. Many other vacationers (with multiple cell carriers) told us they had the same issue. So this made it impossible to be able to work remotely. I know that’s not an issue for everyone, but as a business owner it was definitely frustrating to not be able to handle business calls and emails without leaving the property. The unit did have WiFi but it only worked in the two front bedrooms and would drop as soon as you got to the kitchen or further. So no early mornings on the balcony catching up on emails, etc. That is the only negative aspect of our trip. Everything else was wonderful!

Family Weekend!

Location was wonderful, kids enjoyed the pools and lazy River. Plenty of room. Overall loved the condo. Only draw back was we had difficulty connecting to the WiFi and a couple of our group were working remotely. We will be booking in the future and will request the same condo if available. The Flip Floo Staff is top notch. Thank you for checking on us and always being a text away.

Great Family Condo

This was a great family condo. There was plenty of room. It was very clean. The beds were all comfortable. Very close walk down to the beach. The lazy river and slide were great for our grandson. We had a small issue at check in, but I called the 24-hour number and it was resolved immediately. I definitely would recommend this place!

Great vacation location!

The unit we stayed in was beautifuly decorated. The view from the balcony was amazing and the Lazy River was super cool! The bedding could be updated and the carpet in all three bedrooms was VERY dirty and probably should be replaced. Otherwise we were very satisfied.

Family biannual vacation

The condo was large enough for all 8 members. Loved the large balcony over looking the Gulf and the covered parking for our vehicles. Grand kids loved the lazy River and especially the water slide. Everyone at the condo was friendly for check in. Had a great time.

Very nice condo

Your property was very nice, my family loved it. I did have a problem and have tried to report it with no avail. I know it was my fault but I mistakenly check into the wrong property 1st, Phoenix West II. I realized the mistake within in 30 minutes of check-in. I went back to desk explained the problem return all passes and id tags and was told manager would have to refund me my parking pass money. They would have her call I have not heard anything yet, I went back as I was leaving again and still told she would call back still no response. I have left a message today one week later.

Very old and worn

The bones of the unit was good. Carpet in bedrooms may have been clean but so worn you could not tell. Copper sinks were gross. Most of furniture in den was so worn out was uncomfortable and raggedy. Master bed had rubber type mattress pad that crackled with each move. Too much money for this stay

Family fun

We had a nice family vacation. The condo was nice and our view of the beach was awesome! Our only complaint was the internet service was having issues and my husband needed to work one day and had trouble sending reports and files. He was pretty frustrated, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing place

Amazing condo. Had a great time there. The only thing was the wifi for tv's. They did work for a day and half. Need a lamp or lighting on bakcony. It was too dark to eat outside. But other than that. It was great.
