Easy walk to the beach which it what you want when you have little ones. Communication was great with the owners. I will definitely being staying here again!

Wonderful View! Very Convenient!!

The unit was nice and the location was very convenient. We only had to walk up 16 steps to our unit. So, we avoided the elevator and just walked. The stairs came out right beside the unit. Very convenient! Because the complex is small in relation to other high rises, the beach in front of our complex was not crowded at all. Very peaceful!! But, I will say the view from the unit was the BEST part of it all. Perfect!!

The perfect condo!

We loved our ocean/beach view from our condo! Being on the 2nd floor allowed us to be high enough to have a great view and yet allow us to take a quick trip up and down the stairs to get outside. The condo was extremely clean with a great floor plan, well equipped, and furnished nicely including a beach decor. Beach chairs and toys were thoughtfully included for our beach adventures. It was an easy and extremely short walk to the beach and the condo location was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go in town. The owner, Vince, was great with communication and recommendations. If we return to Orange Beach we will definitely rent this condo again!

Awesome trip

The condo was the perfect location for us, being on the first floor. Perfect view of the water and the pool. Perfect location close to everything in Orange Beach but also only a couple of miles to Gulf Shores. The condo itself was perfect for our family. The beds were so comfortable. We loved the smaller building. It was quiet and never felt crowded. Can’t wait to come and stay again!

Awesome location and view

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the apartment. It was just as described. Very accessible for my parents with the parking and elevator. I loved being so close to the bike trail--although crossing the very busy road was a bit of a challenge. It was nice being right on the beach--enjoyed walking and having the beach chairs there to use (saved money on renting chairs). We enjoyed having the kitchen and the grills--wonderful grilled fresh tuna! We also had delicious seafood from right across the road! Vince was very helpful and responsive with any questions that we had. I highly recommend the place--clean, great location and very responsive owners! We would definitely stay there again!

PERFECT PLACE

This was the perfect place to enjoy Christmas vacation with my family. The view was everything you could ask for for being right on the beach. The condo was spacious and clean. We watched the dolphin swimming from our balcony on the last day! I would highly recommend this place and hope to return myself soon.

Beach vacation

This place was perfect for our 4 adults and 2 children. We enjoyed the location. We visited the beach several times a day since it was just steps away down the boardwalk. The pool was also very close. The balcony was directly above the pool and could be noisy at times but the pool closed at 10pm and it was quiet after that. The building was nicely located close enough to shops and restaurants while being just outside of the busy traffic. Owners were great with communication and gave amazing recommendations for local activities. We would stay here again. It was definitely a trip our whole family will remember.

The property was as advertised. Beautiful location and nicely furnished. Cons. Bring your own toilet paper, dish washer soap, and washing machine soap. The owner suggested the cleaning help helps themselves to the supplies.

Perfect Place for a Beach Get5

This condo is absolutely perfect. Very clean, comfortable, and has all the amenities one needs to make their beach trip enjoyable. It has plenty of room for our family (2 adults, 2 small children, 1 infant). Perfect location. Steps from the beach. Steps from the pool. Will definitely be staying here many more times in the future!

Beach Vaca 2023

Vince was an awesome host, provided us will all necessary information. He responded very quickly! The location of this place is perfect! Easy access to restaurants (many with delivery), groceries, etc. The beach is minutes away! The view is awesome. Beds are VERY comfy! Space was adequate for 5 adults and 3 kids. Kids enjoyed the pool. We hope to go back again! Thanks Vince!

Would stay again

Started our trip with some cleanliness issues but the owner of the unit was on top of getting it all taken care of quickly! Very good at fast responses and communication! Has tons of kitchen supplies for those who will be eating in mostly like we did. The view is lovely!!! The building itself is a little run down but still all in all not bad and the area itself is pretty nice! Loved having the pool and elevator right near us too. Worked great for our family and friends of 7! Teens had a blast. Lots to do. Brought my dad, he is in a wheelchair and he was able to get around without moving too many things put of the way. All in all good vacation spot!
