We have stayed at this unit for one week each September for 3 years in a row. It's a beautiful condo with amazing views of the beach. The rental company that owns it is very welcoming and accommodating. They are also extremely quick to respond to communication.Regarding the property, the way the pool and splash pad are set up makes it so easy to watch your kids play (and relax a little yourself.) The beach was not crowded at all, but that may have to do with the time of year we visit. Overall, we were very pleased and we plan on continuing to visit this rental!

The sleeping arrangements were fine. However, the condo building itself only had 3 working elevators causing backups that lasted sometimes more than 30 mins to get to your condo. It is a very loud condo environment, you can hear every noise from outside corridors as well as people above. There was a large spider killed in a bedroom. No laundry was able to be washed due to a broken lint trap that was clogged with inches of lint. I would give this stay a solid 7.

We really enjoyed the stay at Phoenix 5 V809. The master shower could use some work, but it was clean. The comforter in the 2nd bedroom was dirty, and the balcony furniture was covered in sand, but overall the place was nice. We would stay again.

Great condo!!!

My family stayed at Phoenix 809 for a week and had a great experience! The condo looks just like it does in the photos and was very clean and well-stocked. Check-in was super easy, as was check-out. The property owners were extremely quick to respond to any questions. The building has amazing amenities including a splash pad for the kids, hot tubs, as well as indoor and outdoor pools! The beach was also amazing and not too crowded. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Place Overall, but a few things need improvement

The condo was beautiful & the amenities were great. My son loved the splash pad, the pool was nice & thankfully the weather was perfect during our entire stay - the cable/tv in the living room did not work and the WiFi was terrible. I couldn't even check my email on the condo's WiFi. This wasn't a big deal for us since we stayed out all day with the nice weather. The master bedroom is decorated beautiful but the mattress was so awful, the hardest bed I've ever slept in. I may have been able to tolerate it, but my sunburn made it unbearable. That was my only complaint though. I do have some suggestions for the owners though - the hallway when you walk in would be the perfect spot to hang some hooks up (for beach/pool stuff, towels, bags, etc.), there isn't anywhere to hang anything in the condo, so this would be a great spot! Also, I would suggest putting black-out curtains in the master bedroom, it's entirely too bright way too early, especially for vacation. Thank you for having us, we definitely enjoyed our stay!!

Super dirty, not recommended for kids or WFH vacations

We arrived to a very dirty condo. There were large food pieces on the floor, entertainment center, and end tables. There was a dirty knife under the entertainment center, a ziplock bag of unknown contents by my little's bed, hair on the nightstand and in the bathroom, the silverware in the drawer had food stuck on it, sand all over the floors, an unknown pill under the master bed, dust built up everywhere...! It was gross. The managers sent someone to address the initial issues and she even remarked on how nasty it was. She, however, was actually a laundry person so a cleaning person was scheduled to come the next day to do a more thorough job. The cleaning lady came, looked at the issues, promised to come back later to address it and was never seen again. To say the cleaners need more training is an understatement. Everytime we had a lego or other toy roll under furniture I loathed having to look for it for fear of what else I would find. Cleaning aside, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The kitchen is lightly equiped but does not have any non-breakable cups or plates for little ones. There is a single of all disposables but you will need more. You receive an abundance of communications and rules, but they cant tell you until 30 min before check in that the place has no blow dryer. Even hotels supply a blow dryer. The wifi is unlocked and super slow so if you plan to work remote, this is not the place.

Overall, a great stay!

The location was perfect. The remodel is done well. However, there were a few things that still need to be addressed. The master sink was clogged and would not drain. The patio furniture needs to be replaced as well as the glass doors and the wood door on the patio. The building is quite old, but overall still a nice place. The unit was very clean, and we enjoyed our stay.
