Great place to stay! Only issue we had during our stay was the kitchen faucet was very difficult to turn off and the master bedroom bathroom toilet seemed to be very loud & took longer than normal to finally shut off. Overall though, it was a great place to stay on the beach!!Thanks Ryan!

The owner was very good to talk with but the place is in need of some TLC it is not luxurious as the ad says , many items need to be tossed and/or fixed but we still enjoyed our family.

Girls trip

This was our first time to stay here and we loved this place! The bathrooms and bedrooms were super roomy and the entire condo was very clean. The huge wrap around balcony was nice and spacious. The proximity to the pool and beach were wonderful. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Cozy accommodations in the perfect location

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was extremely clean and was the perfect accommodation for our 3 families. The owner communicated with us in a very timely manner before and during our stay. There is a reserved owner’s parking spot the owner gave us permission to use, so we were able to park 3 cars on property. We were extremely happy about our accommodations and will add this one to our favorites list!

Spring Break 2024

We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and well decorated. The location was perfect. I had a few questions for the owner and he was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Great condo for extended family vacation

It was a good location it was close to the pool and beach. You could enjoy watching the beach and the Gulf right from the balcony. The Gulf was closed for swimming a lot of our stay, but we enjoyed the beach and cooled off in the pool. The day we left, it had finally settled down, and we spotted dolphins from our balcony. We had all the appliances we needed including ice maker . The condo had a great setup for the group, We could walk across the street for shopping and restaurants, Parking is limited but we were able to get a spot every day.

COZY

This condo has everything you will need down to extra bedding, pack in play for your little ones, and a side closet full of beach toys. The owners went above and beyond reaching out, making sure our stay was going well. The extra parking spot was a bonus, we had 3 vehicles so there were a few nights we had to park one of our cars behind Walmart just across the street (paid parking, within walking distance). The kitchen was well equipped, kid friendly dishes included. This was the first condo out of many that I was not consistently worried about the kids playing on the balcony. A few items were left behind, I messaged Ryan, items were located and being mailed. AGAIN, ABOVE & BEYOND!!! I highly recommend this unit!

Spring Break with Family

Outside of the weather on a couple of days, the stay was awesome. The condo was great; well furnished and plenty of room. We took full advantage of the washer/dryer and jetted tub. The location could not have been better...2nd floor, closet condo to the beach access, great view and easy walking access to lots of commercial stores. Based on previous reviews, we were worried about parking, but we never had an issue. We easily found parking at the condo every time. Our experience was great. We will look to return in the future. Thank you.

Not Luxurious!

This property is misrepresented as being luxurious because much of the furnishings are thrift store type items rather than items purchased for a luxury condominium. In addition, there are owner items such as a computer desk stuck in a corner and a guest closet partially filled with odds and ends. I do not intend to use VRBO again to help me find a vacation property because I don't think there vetting process is careful enough.

The last two years we have stayed in this condo the code locks the door at 9:00 instead of 10:00 which is stated in the paperwork.

Excellent Stay: Super Clean Condo and Very Responsive Owner

Condo was super clean and well appointed. Owner was VERY responsive. We arrived on Sunday and had an issue with a door sensor for the A/C, he responded immediately and gave us a "quick fix" until he had the A/C serviced first thing Monday morning. We were very pleased with our stay and our communications with Mr. Parry. The complex itself did seem a little more busy than the last time we stayed, but it was Spring Break and they have done an amazing refurb on the outside pool - so maybe that is bringing more people in. :)

Great location and great setup. Ryan was great to work with. Loved that the Enclave wasn't a big building. We got to know several people because of the quaintness. This unit was on the 2nd level right by the stairs and not far from the elevator. It was great for our family which the ages ranges from 14 months to my 77 year old mother who can't walk very far. The walk to the pool or to the beach was short. And if she didn't feel like getting out, she could sit on the balcony to watch my grandkids, her great-grandkids in the pool. We loved the zero entry outdoors pool.

Wonderful property and owner

The condo is a great size with plenty of living and bathroom space for 4 adults and 4 teenage children. The location is great, walking distance to groceries, some shopping and a few restaurants. There are small things that I really appreciated about the condo. For example, the exterior closet by the front door to store sandy beach items. In addition, the stand alone ice maker in the wet bar produced plenty of ice for drinks and to fill a small cooler each day. Great communication with the owner. There was an issue with the dryer during the rental before us and owner kept us updated on status as they were getting it replaced during our stay.

Great Grandma, grandma, daughters, and grandchildren trip

It was a nice unit. It was very comfortable in this unit with the 12 people we had staying. My mom couldn’t walk the beach but enjoyed watching the kids in the pool from the balcony and drinking coffee in the morning as we watched the beach and listened to the waves. The only down side was the parking. The first night we unloaded the essentials for the night and had to park across street which was pretty expensive. Which we did go on Labor Day weekend so I understand it being crowded in parking area. I wish that it was coveyed more to us about the parking. That was the only downfall we had.

Weekend get away with extended family

The property worked just fine for my family's needs. We were a large group and we had enough space. It was tight but we made it work. We knew it would be tight, we were 12 people. Location was great for us, the beach is a couple steps away from the door. The two pools were nice. There were plenty of food options for us within walking distance...that is important b/c parking was kind of a nightmare. We were lucky, we arrived early enough we were able to park both vehicles. We learned very quickly to NOT move them. I thought it was a bit annoying we had to bring our own toilet paper and garbage bags. I've rented many times throughout the USA and abroad and have never had to do that. But, we just did it and it was fine. The location made up for the little annoyances. I think the thing that bothered me the most is I had messaged the owner a couple of times prior to arriving with questions and they never responded to my questions.

Wonderful Stay

The location of this property is perfect. The beach is steps from the condo with private access. The building is across the street from restaurants, shops and grocery stores. We didn't have to drive to get basic necessities which was nice with the traffic. Condo was clean and well furnished with plenty of space for our party of 9. We did have a couple of maintenance issues but the owner was excellent with communication and worked quickly to get the situation remedied. Appliances and Kitchen items were plentiful and we had plenty of beach items available to us as part of the Condo. The balcony was the absolute best feature and we spent a lot of time outside enjoying the view. A couple of suggestions: update the bed pillows, they are just kinda flat with no support. Bed was comfortable with a soft pillow topper but the frame is bent. We had to remove the mattress and try to reconnect the frame to the support bar in the middle. (We slept in the King Room that had the bunk bed.) We also think the bed in the room with the other set of bunk beds is a full bed and not a queen. It was small. None of the small things took away from the experience. These are just observations and suggestions. This place was great. And the owner was truly wonderful to work with.
