Beach view from the balcony was great & has a high top table to eat at!! Condo overall was functional & mattress & bedding were very comfortable. Old cabinets & countertops need updating, but kitchen & bathroom is well stocked with everything we needed. The couch was very uncomfortable to sit on, and the loveseat cushion was wet with "something" when we got into the condo (and we couldn't sit on it & we reported it to the property management & downstairs desk attendant). The tile floors desperately need steam cleaning & scrubbing (grout is filthy!), and also the vinyl floors & living room rug were very dirty; if you walked barefoot on them, your feet got dirty!!The tables & other furniture & appliances in the condo are great. We enjoyed our stay, but will probably choose another condo next time, because of the dirty floors & living room rug.

Been with VRBO a long time. This place was in a great area, nice beach, unit was clean although could certainly use some updating. The only down side is the lack of control over building. I know family's and children should be having fun and most of them were but unfortunately some weren't. I 'm not talking about kids laughing and having fun I'm talking about screaming at the top of their lungs, running out of control around the pool inside and out. They appeared to have some kind of security there but you never saw them so the rules that were clearly posted weren't followed. This is no reflection on the owners of the unit but the building owners themselves. Other than some updating of the unit and the out of control children we had a very good week. Not sure I'd go there again but would certainly rent from the owner of the unit.

It’s been a few yrs since we’ve been to Orange Beach but I felt we couldn’t go wrong with a Phoenix property. The entire week we were there the inside of the elevators were not wiped down. Sticky hand prints everywhere. The ceiling fan was white wicker and was filthy! I turned it off immediately. The dryer, which was vented through the wall by the door, had so much lint in it that when it was on it blew out big tuffs of lint into the entryway. The microwave looked like the first one ever produced. Washer and dryer were rusty. There was no water pressure in the shower. It’s time the tub/shower is replaced. All that said, it is a great location. I wonder if all the Phoenixes have gone down like VI.

Phoenix VI

We always enjoy staying at Phoenix properties. This particular unit wasn't quite as nice as all our previous stays. It was comfortable, quiet, and clean. The only thing we weren't thrilled with was it needs updating. Everything worked but it looked very tired.

Spring Break Getaway

We really enjoyed staying at this property! It was so easy to access and was plenty of space for us. The balcony was wonderful overlooking the beach and the condo was clean. The location of the property was great also. We definitely would like to come back!

Weekend getaway

We took a 4 day weekend and enjoyed every bit of it, even though it rain we still got a lot of beach time in, love the location of the condo and was perfect. The bed was comfortable, kitchen was stocked, the balcony was perfect for sitting and drinking your morning coffee and enjoying your breakfast while listening to the sound of the ocean

Just Perfect

We booked this family vacation on a whim, bringing along our 5 and 6-year-olds. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, allowing us to prepare all our meals in the unit. However, the refrigerator took a long time to cool, so we kept our items in our cooler overnight (thankful for the ice machine on the bottom floor). The washer was quite loud but functional. The toilet felt unstable and likely needs replacement (and it’s not because we are large people). Despite these minor issues, we were very pleased with the building, its features, and its amenities. We had a blast and will book again.

If you want a beautiful view, this is the place. Check in was easy, the condo was clean and the bed and furniture were comfortable. Would definitely go back. Wonderful beach getaway.

Not Great

Great location. Comfy king sized bed. That is the only positive thing I can say. The sleeper sofa was maybe 4 inches thick before any weight was on it. You could literally see the bars from the frame through the mattress. My adult daughter had to just sleep on the couch and not the bed because it was so uncomfortable. The washing machine was so off balance that it sounded liked it was going to explode every time we washed cloths. The dryer had rust marks on it, the toilet rocks when you sit on it, the enamel in the bath tub is wearing off, the paint on the cabinets is chipping, the fabric on the furniture was scratchy and uncomfortable. The pools are packed with young kids from morning to night and you can’t even hear yourself think from all the yelling. For the money that I spent, I felt completely ripped off. I would not recommend staying here.
