**Phoenix East II is scheduled to undergo Balcony Project from October 26 through December 31, 2026, weather permitting. Guests should expect construction noise, vibration, dust, and swing stages. This unit's balcony will be completely inaccessible from 11/2/2026 through 11/19/2026 weather permitting. Balcony furniture will be stored inside the unit, and the balcony must remain closed until the contractor approves reopening. Please note that work will pause for the Thanksgiving holiday (Nov 25 - 29) and Christmas holiday (Dec 23 - 27).**

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.
