Great location close to restaurants and grocery stores. Nice amenities like pool with shaded seating area, bbq grills, tennis court, and pier that the kids enjoyed fishing at.

We had a great stay at the condo. There were 10 of us staying there and it was plenty of room. The rooms were clean and very well stocked with paper goods, spices, and kitchen accessories. We had a boat and having the boat dock right there was very handy for my family. The only issue that we had was the beach being a bit too far to walk with all of our beach chairs, umbrellas etc. We ended up having to drive to the public beach and pay to park. Other than that we would definitely book this condo again.

Enjoyed our stay!

The place was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed staying there. It was just a short walk to the beach. I have a 3 year old son and was a little worried about the spiral staircase but he was fine on them. Would recommend to family and friends.

Great fishing

We had good time fishing from the docks and being able to go out fishing on our son’s boat that we were able to have at our convenience at the docks at condominiums. And if coarse the grandkids enjoyed the pool.

Thoughts

The stay was good. Communication was great. However, the stairs in the unit are ridiculous and dangerous. The need to be redone and updated. Also I rented three condos all at the same time in this complex and this is the only one that required extra paperwork. That was annoying. Overall, it worked for what we needed.

Wonderful

This home was amazing for our fishing party. The home was very clean, comfortable beds and plenty of room. It overlooked to pool and only a 10 min walk to the beach which was very nice with the kids. Nothing you could say bad about this place or it’s management.

These condos are extremely neat. I had 14 year old boys that fished and swam and my a7 year old little girl that enjoyed the pool way to much. Everything here was perfect for our stay.

Awesome family vacay

Love this property. It’s our 2nd year vacationing here. Property is very well maintained! Love the boat slips so we can bring our boat to use daily. Close proximity to restaurants and walking distance to the beach! We had a wonderful family vacation!😊

Family Vacation

We chose this condo because of the proximity to the beach, the pool and the fishing docks. It did not disappoint! You are right next to the pool. The beach is a 10 minute walk with easy crossing at a traffic light. Our son got engaged on the docks with a perfect background! The condo is perfect! Pictures don’t do it justice! You can use the pull out bed on the sofa and there’s room for someone to sleep on the couch next to it. It was nice to have the storage room downstairs for our beach and fishing gear. We highly recommend!

Bayou Blast

Cotton Bayou Condominiums Unit 7E was a perfect size for our family of 10. Spacious and clean. Pool area was fun and neat. The docks on the Cotton Bayou were perfect and having access for our kayaks was a bonus.

Our best stay yet

Our group consisted of 3 couples. We’ve been traveling to the gulf for 3 years together and this was our best stay yet. The place was clean, cozy, and roomy… just a great place. The couch is so cozy we fell asleep on it several times watching tv. The beds were great… nothing life changing… but perfectly suited for us. Kitchen was well prepared with everything we needed to cook. Location was excellent! It was easy to get in and out of the complex where the condo is located. We had 2 vehicles so no problems with parking and if we had 3 we would have been just fine. Parking was easy. And it’s right next to the pool. We used the grills one evening and they are located right next to the pool. If I was going to say anything “negative” about this place it would be that you have to carry your stuff down to use the grills… but that would be nit-picking. It really wasn’t a big deal. So no complaints here! If we make it back down next year, we’ll definitely be looking this place up! Thanks Samantha and Bradley! Really enjoyed it!
