Check in was so easy. We went to the front desk and got our parking pass and wristbands. The lazy river was great! Kids had a blast! Everything was clean around the condo. The condo had a few floats for us to use, that was nice. However there’s 2 pods for laundry, 2 for dishwasher & one roll of paper towels. Thank goodness I brought more from home. Traveling with kids is hard enough!

Wonderful Stay!

Family and friends celebrated Thanksgiving here. The condo is as described, very clean, plenty of space for everyone and some of the largest bedrooms I've stayed in at a condo. View is absolutely beautiful! Would definitely recommend and hope to return soon.

The space was great for our family. Beautiful views. The apartment was not cleaned as hoped. There was dust all over the furniture and a musty smell on the living room furniture and in the closets. The host never checked in with us throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. There were workers who came to change out Direct TV equipment and we were not notified they would be there. There was construction going on upstairs which was extremely loud. For the money paid for 4 nights, we expected better. I would not stay here again.

Great Location, Spacious Condo, Needs a deep clean and updating

This location is amazing and the condo is very very spacious. We loved that each room had a bathroom. But we had many issues from the moment we booked a year in advance till the moment we arrived. The first condo we booked sold and was not honoring rentals and we were not notified till months later which left us with not many options left on this property to book for our week. This unit was the only unit available for our original booked week by the time we were notified that our original property would be canceled. This condo is very very outdated. The furniture really needs and upgrade and the entire condo could use a deep cleaning. Upon arriving and removing our shoes at the door within 1 hour the bottom of our feet were jet black! There were yellow stains on the pillows. If you are paying cleaning fee when vacating the condo should be clean! The fire alarm was also hanging from the ceiling by wires. I have photos of all of this! The water slide was being removed upon arrival and we were not notified before arrival and was one of the reasons we picked this location. Apparently there had been an incident in another building in the area and the HOA had made the decision to remove the slide due to insurance cost. The property manager was very responsive and helpful when contacted. The fire alarm was fixed immediately. The security officer at check in is not very friendly and must have been having a bad day, we avoided asking him any questions about the property because we could tell he was irritated. He did inform us that this Phoenix Building was no longer associated with the other Phoenix Buildings and you could not use the other buildings amenities. We did make conversation by the pool with some of the owners and were informed they are trying to eliminate "rentals" in this building. So your bright yellow wristband alerting owners you are a guest of a rental just added to the fun! Not my number one, two, or three pick for future vacations.

We had a great time. Property was well kept. Quiet until the last night. A lot of kids running and yelling from the balcony. Our condo was great. Met all of our needs. The floors were so dirty but I contacted Jodi about this. Overall. We will be back next year!!!!

Family Vacay

We were in town for a family wedding and vacation. Property was perfect for us with plenty of room and easy access to pool and outdoor amenities. Owner is also extremely helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this property for a family to have a great get away.

First time in Orange Beach and LOVED IT!!

This was our family's first time in Orange Beach and will definitely be back. We stayed at Phoenix On The Bay 2 and our condo was amazing. The building was well maintained, condo was everything we expected and more, check-in was simple, and location was great. We are looking forward to our next trip.

Perfect!!!

We actually wanted to be at our condo more than most places! It’s 5-10 drive to all things orange beach! There’s also an amusement park close that is a must! It includes dining and shopping! We will always stay here from now on! You don’t have the over crowding like I feel you get when right on the beach and the management was friendly, helpful, and accommodating! No complaints at all!

Wonderful condo!

We have stayed on this property before and loved it but this unit was even nicer than the one before. It is very spacious and the beds were comfortable. It was clean and had everything we needed. This condo is very quiet with mostly families. We love the lazy river and it was perfect for our small children.

Overall good stay - floors needed cleaning

Our stay overall was great. The kitchen was well stocked with any dishes we needed. The view is great! The condo is large so we did not feel cramped. One of our favorite features was the extra stand alone ice maker. This made loading the ice chests a breeze. The beds were large and comfortable and each room having a bathroom was great. We were only given 2 trash bags for a 3 night stay and no extra bathroom trash bags. This was difficult with the amount of people we had on our trip (8). The floors were extremely dirty. We were unable to walk without shoes on our entire stay. I would recommend the owners check with cleaning crew regarding mopping. Overall it was a great stay and we would rent again!
