The view was great, we loved having the option of the lazy river and the beach. The 9th floor was perfect, we didn't have to wait on elevators too long. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay! We will do it again.

Over all satisfied with our stay and would return. Only minors complaints were upon arrival it was obvious the floor had not been mopped. Feet/socks that were clean were soon dirty so that was disappointing. The cord situation is definitely a tripping hazard in the living area. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We had a great time in Orange Beach.. the weather was wonderful.. there was a problem with the original condo, but everything was taken care of, and we were able to have a different condo.. We will definitely be back

Condo was fantastic - we will be back!

The condo was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We've stayed in several units in this building and this was our favorite. Parking on the 9th floor made it very easy to load and unload our groceries and bags. We will definitely be back!

Family vacation

This property was wonderful for our family beach trip. It provided plenty of bedrooms with large beds and ample bathrooms for me and my husband, my daughter and son in law and two younger daughters. Plenty of restaurants and activities at the condo or closeby. Beautifully furnished and comfortable. Great patio seating too.

Excellent accommodations and great view!

Very good experience. The space was great. View of the gulf was amazing. I enjoyed that it was basically a contactless experience. We were emailed the door code and then just left alone to enjoy the rental.

Overall great stay!!

Overall I give this a 4 out of 5 stars. The condo is in a great location, close to great restaurants, a wonderful seafood market, a Wal Mart and gas stations. The 3 bedrooms/4 baths layout in the Phoenix West II has a perfect layout for our group of 5 adults and our granddaughter! The condo itself was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The balcony had gorgeous views!! The reasons that I could not give 5 out of 5 stars are; not enough working outlets in the living room to charge our electronic devices, and the beds were too soft. Overall, we made many wonderful memories!

Would not rebook this condo

While we loved the amenities of this property, this particular condo is not one we would stay again. It started out with a door falling off the hinges and pining my 4 year old daughter between the door and the bed. Thankfully my daughter was okay, scared, but okay. The property company helped replace the door four days later, but going without a door to a bedroom for kids for four days made it tough. We also immediately noticed how unclean the property was. Our feet were black from walking without our shoes on inside the condo. The showers were filling with mold around the door frames and the kitchen skin had mold all around it as well. Then the fans in two of the bathrooms started malfunctioning the last few days were were there. Even after turning them off, there were still running and sounded horrible. It made it hard to sleep with the noise. I notified the property manager, but declined having them fixed as I didn't want workmen bothering us on our last day of vacation. While the condo did look exactly like the pictures, the furniture was well worn and broken. It was a disappointing stay. It honestly feels like the owners don't frequent the condo, if they did they would replace the broken and worn furniture in addition to seeing how unclean the property is. Lastly, I should note, in all my stays at various vacation rentals I've NEVER left a negative review. This is a first for me, but I hope it will prompt some general upkeep to the condo.
