Good price, but some things need attention

Overall, we have a great experience. However, the electrical outlets in the master bedroom were worn and wouldn't properly hold a three-prong plug. I had to use kitchen outlets to charge my laptop and phone. Also, the tile floors need a moping. YOu'd get out of the shower, walk across the floor in your bare feet and they'd be dirty within a few steps. The place just needs some attention and a few minor repairs, otherwise this would be a five-star review. Management was friendly, BTW.

Not the best condo

I always love Orange Beach. 20+ years. I would stay wherever I needed to. I will say the condo I rented was 3bed 3 bath and was not worth what I paid. It was not clean. Had sand all in floor as soon as we stepped in. I would not recommend this condo unless they hired a better cleaning person and updated the condo.

Very nice condo

Older smaller complex In a great location. The condo could use updating but is very comfortable. The balcony is small but it is a corner unit. Overall a very good place to stay and a great value. Will stay here again.

Disappointing service

The size of the unit was great. Decor was dated at best. Furnishings left much to be desired. Location was outstanding, pool and beach access great. Property management was horrible. From the beginning issues were reported and ignored! They did change out a burned out bulb. There was so much gunk on the ac closet that it was disgusting to look at. The filter needed to be changed, but the ones in the unit were wrong size. The ceiling in the living room in front if the vent was dirty due to the dirty ac vent. The towel rack fell off the wall in the hall bath and vent inthatbath did not work. Several days in the garage disposal stopped working and there was water under that sink. This was ALL reported to management verbally and on paper. Nothing was fixed while we were there for another week. They changed out the tv service while we were there. The canker bone bedroom worked sporadically. This was reported but nothing was done despite a service truck in the parking lot our last week. The unit was well stocked and a great location, but I could never reccomend staying there!

Great Family Location

The location of the property was wonderful, beachfront. Our kids 6 & 8 loved the pool and beach. The view from the balcony is amazing! Close to food, grocery and souvenir shopping. The only negative is that the unit really needs an update, but everything was clean and in working order.

Quiet and roomy condo

The condo was larger than expected. It could use an upgrade in decor and appliances. If you would like to sleep in or take a nap, better bring a dark sheet to go over master bedroom window. It's Really Bright in there. There is no pancake turner/spatula in kitchen but plenty of other necessary items. The TV remotes wouldn't work. Beds were comfortable. A perfect location. We would stay here again.

Sisters Beach trip

This condo was exactly as described. Unfortunately Hurricane Sally hit while we were there. That was one of the scariest experiences I’ve ever had. On a positive note though I would definitely rent this condo again, it’s right on the beach, great view and easy to get too. It has plenty of room and a fully stocked kitchen. All the beds were comfortable and having three bathrooms is a plus as well. We ended up having to leave a day early because of no power or water after the hurricane hit. I wish we could have gotten our last night refunded but I understand policies.

Great value!

We had a wonderful vacation at this condo. It’s a great bang for your buck. If I had to make any recommendations, it would be to purchase more silverware and better mattresses. It didn’t hinder our stay and we will definitely keep it in mind. Again, the price for a 3brm/3full bath condo on the beach was awesome!

Disappointed

Condo was older, but satisfied with accommodations. They were doing repair work on the decks. They had loud drill going the entire week we were there. You could talk to anyone in the pool area because of the extremely loud noise.

The unit was clean but outdated. It reminded me of a college apartment. The king mattress was very firm and uncomfortable. The pool was nice and large. The property was clean and well kept.

Nice Condo

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. However, a few things should be addressed. In the kitchen there were only four spoons! There was no can opener. Some of the sheets need to be replaced. Some small balls were on them from too much wear. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The building was small enough that we never had to wait for an elevator. Walmart was just across the street. We stayed the fourth of July week and fireworks could be seen in both directions from our beach. We would recommend this condo.

Had a great time

We loved the area and Sunswept was very convenient to walk to everything. It was easy to cross the street for restaurants, groceries, shopping, etc.. The only things that didn’t work very well were the wi-fi and several of the outlets around the condo. We enjoyed our stay overall and would come again!!
