The Cottage was clean, comfortable and just 3 blocks to TTU campus! Communication with the owners was a breeze. Would stay again!

5 stars because this condo is exactly as described and the complex/location is wonderful. I do feel like a few little things could be done to make this condo a truly 5 star stay. The bedding and towels leave a lot to be desired. The patio is small so smaller furniture would be better. The dryer took 3-4 cycles to dry a load of laundry. And there is literally nothing extra so you have to bring everything except dishes and linens. The host was helpful and responsive. The location is perfect, right next to the state park beach so lots of open beach to explore and a nice boardwalk trail across the road.

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. It was very spacious and the views were amazing. I love that you are so close to the beach and it’s not overly crowded.

Our Beach Escape

Our time at the condo on Orange Beach was extremely nice! Beautiful unit overlooking the Gulf beach. A great place to relax and unwind! We highly recommend this Gulf side get away!

This condo was perfect for our group of 6; 4 adults and 2 small kids. It was as described in the listing for sure. We really enjoyed the balcony and privacy of being in an end unit, especially with our kids. The beach to the west of the condo was crowded, but to the east there was no one! It was a very short and easy walk over the dunes to the beach with a wagon and carrying things, or they had a service for chairs/umbrellas. We really enjoyed the property and our stay as a whole!

Wonderful Experience!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again in the future. The condo was beautiful, clean, spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed and then some. We made lasting memories at this special place.

Great place, well worth the money.

Great location, beach wasn't busy. Everything in the house worked great and the spare bedroom closet had alot of beach items to use so we didn't have to buy them. We would consider staying there again.

Great experience!

Loved the location as well as the condo itself. Check-in was smooth and property manager was very responsive and helpful. Condo is well stocked and everything was as explained. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Great condo

This condo was perfect for my husband and I to enjoy our own space while our adult kids and their friends could enjoy their own space too. Waking up to the beach views was so nice. The property is beautiful and the unit was stocked with everything we needed. Can’t wait to book again for another vacation.

Great unit, perfect location right on the beach!!!

So glad that we chose this condo. This was perfect location for 2 adults and 3 kids. Waking up to the sunset. Mr. Michael was a great host, we would definitely make plans to return!!!

Beachfront relaxation!

My husband and I celebrated our 40th anniversary here. It was great - clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet, had everything we needed. Felt like home away from home. The views from inside were beautiful, but we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning. The beach is just steps away, as is the pool, though it was a little cool for us. We’ll be back!

Spring Break 2024

Great condo in Orange Beach! Super easy access to the beach and hiking trails in the state park. Lots of space in the living/dining room to spread out. Beautiful view of the gulf from our balcony. The weather was a bit cool at times but the heated pool was extremely nice!

Great location

The unit was wonderful. Beds were comfy. Location is close to anything you could want. Beach was much less crowded than other spots. Only issue we had was not being able to store our bags till checkin.

Pros: Rooms were clean, great location, easy access to the beach, nice balcony Cons: It was very difficult to get to the room with our luggage and beach items due to having to go through 2 doors that do not stay open. This Condo needs lots of upgrades. The bath towels were very worn and limited, we had to wash every day and it took all day for them to dry in that dryer, the jacuzzi tub doesn't work, The TV is pretty impossible to figure out and WiFi was bad.

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo with beautiful views of the ocean. We loved the short walk to the beach that was not overly crowded because it was the last condo in that area. We would love to come back and stay in the same condo. Any questions we had before our stay we’re always answered very promptly. Thank you so much for all the detailed summary about the area and the restaurants before we got there. It helped us out a lot and was appreciated.

JUST RIGHT

This is our second year in a row staying at the Palm Beach Resort and we love it. The resort size is perfect, not a fan of a tower and not a cottage. The location couldn't be more perfect, right on the edge of the state park. ( you should go for a bike ride). All the shopping is just a nice walk or short drive away. The condo we were in was amazing. Very nice and clean and right on the ocean. The property manager was always quick to respond, for us only twice - check in and check out. We had an awesome time, we will be back again
