We arrived at 2:45 for what we mistakenly thought was a 3pm check-in. We were upset when we were told at the desk that "We don't know when your room will be ready" The situation escalated very quickly with an unpleasant woman named Danielle. We were upset but SHE WAS ANGRY. We disengaged from the service desk and tried to regroup our plans for the afternoon without access to the comfort of our room after a long drive. Ultimately our room was ready shortly after that. When I approached the desk Danielle handled my check-in. I said "I don't know what you did, but thank you." She said curtly that "(She) Didn't do anything." We checked in and Danielle further questioned why we didn't receive a notice about late check in for arrival date. I had no answers and she ultimately replied with "Well, I guess we'll just let this go then." Which I took as a veiled threat that perhaps she was going to take some action against our reservation? We were uncomfortable when Danielle was staffing the desk after that and avoided interacting with her.
