- Views of the Gulf from the master bedroom, living area and large balcony as well as New Orleans style decor make this 1,420 square foot, two bedroom, two bath twelfth floor penthouse a renter's favorite. This unit features a fully equipped kitchen including ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full size washer and dryer.
Other features include 10-foot ceilings, sky-lighted entryway, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.

We enjoyed a lovely week in this condo. The owners did a fabulous job in making things renter-friendly, from the furniture & decor, to the well-stocked kitchen. The bed in the master suite was plush, & the SHEETS were AMAZING!! Top of the line as opposed to the starchy, scratchy, paltry sheets in every other condo I've ever rented over the past 30 years! The only drawback I could find is that the water ran cold in the shower on 2 occasions, which was surprising as there were just 2 of us in the condo, and I was the first shower of the day. Yikes! Other than that, everything was perfect!

When visiting Gulf Shores, we always stay at the Seachase. We have stayed in so many different rooms in all 3 buildings & have never been disappointed. We always enjoy our family trips to the beach & Seachase is a big part of that.

Beds, decor, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere were top of the line. My only word of caution for future visitors is that there is not a regular coffee pot, only a Keurig, and there is no blender.

This condo was elegantly appointed-a switch from usual beach condos. We loved it and felt so at home! The balcony furniture was also very nice. We never had to wait for an elevator. Fast service!

Loved this unit. Very well decorated, well stocked, great view with extra tall ceilings. Only complaint is with chair rental co. If they are going to raise their prices, they should not pick up the chairs beginning at 4:30. Please leave them out until 6:00 during summer months.
