"The house was perfect for our group! With a group of teenagers coming with us the game room was a hit. Everything looked great when we got there and was a perfect location for what we were in the area for. (Youth ministry conference over at the Wharf). We really enjoyed ourselves while staying at this house."

"This was a wonderful house! It was super clean and the decor and furnishings were all up to date. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans and dishes you would need. The pool is super conveniently located and the walk to the beach is super short on a nice sandy walkway. We are planning to stay here again when we return to Gulf Shores"

"The beach view is obstructed, but just a short walk to the beach. When entering the cottage a strong smell of pinesol. Shower in king room smelled musty and had mold on shower curtain. Furniture downstairs was very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced!! The owner was very helpful with checking in with VRBO"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a pleasant stay in this shotgun style home right in the heart of Pensacola. It was clean, well appointed and convenient to restaurants and night life. I would gladly book another stay!"

Lacking in expected essentials, ie...only 1 drinking glass for 2, the roll of toilet paper was 1/3rd wet when we arrived, no ice trays to make our own ice, no hangers, pepper shaker but no salt... annoying but not undoable. A trip to the Dollar Store was needed. Bathroom threshold board was not attached and kept sliding about when entering. "I stayed at this hotel recently, and the lobby service was very poor. The woman who checked me in was rude and unwelcoming. Later that night, I asked about coffee, and the man at the front desk didn’t even respond verbally, he only used gestures and didn’t acknowledge me properly, which felt very disrespectful. Breakfast lacked variety and was almost the same every day. The only highlight was two members of the breakfast staff, especially a Hispanic lady who was very kind and attentive. Overall, if you are looking for friendly service, this is not the place. I would not stay here again."
