Surrounded by conifers, laurels and palm trees this house offers a wonderful view of the sea and the entire Kvarner Bay. The garden has a swimming pool, if necessary, with heated water, sunbeds and parasols, baldahinis, barbeque grill and our special big garden pavilion. Each guest has a parking space. Villa Chiara is an ideal place for adult families or for couples looking for relaxation and rest. Apartment Mascagni, 20m2 big, fits 2 people, located on the 2nd floor and has a double bed, LCD TV, wireless, safe, air conditioning and if needed, central heating. Mini kitchen with coffee machine, kettle, toaster, bathroom with shower and a terrace with a stunning sea view. Garden, swimming pool area, baldahinis, sunbeds, pavilion.
