"Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked so my reservation through hotels.com was not valid. After I booked, even though I had already rented a car and made all of the plans to go...the hotel contacted me to tell me they were fully booked but had not updated that information on hotels.com. Filthy and unsafe pool
"Property filthy owner says it was cleaned but it wasn't everything was covered in mice poo, dead bugs, stained, broken, pool unclean, access terrible, chairs filthy bathrooms disgusting, bedding not fit, curtains all stained, broken cooker, no gas for 5 days, poor communication with owner very dismissive, ..."
