Leider recht hellhörig, so dass Kühlschrank und die Nespresso z.B. im mittleren Schlafzimmer als sehr störend wahrgenommen worden sind. Auch die räumliche Nähe zum Nachbarn muss man mögen. Mijn hond kon bij het poortje er zo tussendoor eruit gaan.Veel was oud, kapot, versleten.Onderhoud is erg nodig. Wat je er voor betaalt is schandalig."
