This space has been crafted to be the ideal stay for a couple or solo traveler. From the full kitchen with appliances, to new furnishings and 50" 4k TV, comfort and convenience meet style to create a chic, but comfortable experience.

The shared back patio provides the perfect opportunity to mingle with fellow travelers, swap stories, and make new friends during your stay! Looking for privacy? Fogged glass (with shades), a private entryway, and auto-locking deadbolt ensure peace and security.

Quiet neighborhood, set against the woods, away from loud or busy streets with only one immediate neighbor

You'll have the whole lower unit to yourself. The only shared spaces are the back patio and laundry room. The laundry room is separated from the other unit by two airtight double-locking doors, with a bolt that's impossible to unlock from the other side.

The patio is set apart so there aren't people hanging out directly behind your unit. You'll have a private entryway to get in and out of your space.

The unit is complete with a fully stocked, large kitchen, full bathroom with tub, and comfortable living area. Outside, there's a large fenced in backyard. (with prior approval, a pet may be permitted with a fee)

No interaction with other guests necessary - the locked doors between the units are separated by the laundry room and securely airtight with fogged glass or curtains on every window to maximize privacy.

I keep an optional noise machine in the closet by the ironing board for a soothing sleep experience if desired.
