"Sonia is a top notch host. Very accommodating for a last-minute booking. She offered suggestions for things to do in the area and left fresh eggs from her farm for us. She even accommodated an early arrival prior to the check-in time. The cottage is incredible and the wood fire stove is a great heat source. "

"Es un hotel grande, por lo que percibí es tradicional. El servicio del personal es muy amable. Tuvimos un inconveniente en la cena y actuaron de inmediato, incluso no cobraron el platillo aunque lo repusieron. Las habitaciones son amplias (suites) el estacionamiento es amplio y accesible. Solo me hospedé una noche pero estoy segura que lo hubiera disfrutado más. Seguro lo escogería si tuviera la oportunidad de volver. "

"The room was clean but it wasn't prepare for our arrival. The check-in proccess was a mess, the reservation was not registered and there was no one to help. We called the campus security who went quickly but didn't have the information as he didn't received it from the reception staff. The location was far from the bus stops, so the walking was very long and heavy considering the luggage."

"Justin, while nice, changed the property the day of the reservation without explanation. He sent texts to me while I was traveling. There was no time or option for me to rent another space for myself and my family. The unit we stayed in, I saw when booking and chose not to book. The unit we were given was smaller than what was booked, not as well furnished, and needed repair. The upstair’s shower actively leaked thru the kitchen ceiling, light fixtures were broken and would malfunction...

We had booked the Deerpark location, but the morning we were to check-in, we received a message indicating that we've been moved to a different rental location due to a 'plumbing issue at Deerpark'. "Siendo honestos, nos encanto el lugar (limpio, cómodo, buen desayuno), sin embargo, en una ocasión le preguntamos a la persona recepcionista (una mujer mayor de 50 años) como realizar el "Check out" y se porto muy grosera y déspota, su actitud no nos gusto para nada. Al siguiente día cuando hicimos el Check out, estaba la misma persona con un caballero muy amable (quien nos ayudo a realizar el Check out) y la actitud de la recepcionista fue completamente diferente, incluso fue muy amable, lo cual deja a relucir que frente al personal que trabaja allí (quizás su jefe) tiene una actitud diferente a lo que realmente es."
