Lo que no me gusto es que había mucho ruido la persona que estaba enseguida de mi habitación hacía mucho ruido y gritaba y al momento que ya iba a poner la queja en el lobby dejaron de gritar. Eso fue lo único k no me gustó estabamos cerca del la recepción no sé cómo no hacían nada para ir a decirles que guardaran silencio.

First off, in between checking people in, the front desk clerk would go outside the main door and smoke. Upon check in, I was told the 3 bed room we were staying in was upstairs and there was no elevator. 2 of the 5 people staying have a hard time walking and use canes, so that was a painful inconvenience. Try hiking up about 14 steps with all your luggage too! I don't understand how they are able to get away with no elevator. The only handicap parking was half-way down the parking lot. Not convenient at all. We stayed 3 nights and never had our room cleaned and had to ask for new towels each day. The free breakfast was a joke with dried out bagels, muffins and disgusting pre-packaged boiled eggs. We chose the Red Lion because of the room with the 3 beds and savings on free breakfast with stay vs purchasing it. Next time, we will stay somewhere else.

Our room was clean and comfortable. However, it was very hot, even though outside temperature was around 48f. We tried the air conditioner but it was to loud to allow sleeping. At that point we were forced to open the window, even though this was a room at ground level and the window opened to an alley.

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. For one you’re in a sketchy area, for two the front desk person started off by telling us how the cops are there constantly and that “locals” come and use the place for drugs and hook ups. For three we get to our room and the tv didn’t work, stuck like weed, and found roaches on the wall. 10/10 do not recommend

They had me booked on the second floor no elevator. Can't do stairs. The person checking us in found a room on the first floor. Went from a king bed to a queen.

The check in agent was great. We put all of our luggage on a carrier, but realized there was no elevator. No problem, he grabbed my wife’s large bag and hauled it right up to the room. The morning agent was keeping the food available. And checkout was fast and efficient. Thank you

The staff here were so friendly and helpful. Yes, the bathroom is a bit outdated but it had everything we needed. Great place to stay for the price.

On the Expedia app, I checked that I wanted to pay at the hotel. The hotel charged you at midnight before you check in for the hotel with the card. Do you use to hold the room. Pull money off of a card I didn’t want to use For hotel expenses.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were large. The toilet area was super small. No closets just a board on the wall with pegs.
