Not fancy, cheap stay !!!

Hey guys, this place has nothing fancy at all to it. It is quite a good price for a comfortable bed if you need to stay in the area !!! :)

An actual key?!

We arrived late and left early. It was difficult to find the lobby area and the fact that the "front desk" was enclosed in plexiglass should have been a good indicator of the room. The fact they still used keys instead of cards should have been the dead giveaway. However, it was the closest hotel to my son in Rochester. The staff member at the front desk was the one highlight. While his accent was thick, making it difficult to understand him, he was pleasant and friendly. The room doors are interior bedroom doors and my 16yo son had a difficult time sleeping due to the questionable security of the place. The room was cramped and the carpets dirty. The bathroom was clean and appeared to be recently remodeled. The room did not smell and the sheets were clean.

Very dirty place.

I booked this place for my friends, they were very disappointed, cos the rooms were not clean. i booked for queen bed non smoking which was really a full size bed :(

Unbelievably bad

This hotel needs immediate renovation and refurbishing. Everything in this hotel is either broken, worn out, stained or rusted. Hotels.com should take this off their list immediately.

A place place to stay for the night.

The exterior was a little shabby but the room was great. The bed was very comfortable and there was a mini refrigerator in the room. The diner next door served great food.

This hotel was a mess. Outside paint peeling off. Inside very poor. Washrooms moldy. Dogs barking. General conditions bad. My friends I booked for would not stay. Left and went somewhere else and I had to pay for their rooms. If this hotel is part of your offer, I can't use you again. You should check what you offer

The outside appearance of the Motel did not look very nice. Rather appeared rundown. Lobby and room were much better. Check in area look like a check in to a security type building. Probable would not stay there again

Not Maintained

We had two rooms. The bathrooms were not we kept. One tub actually had dust in it! The other bathroom had mold!

The Adams Family and the Munsters meet India

Probably one of the more bizarre hotel stays I've ever had. The hotel is a dump that needs a major paint job on the outside and even more updating on the inside. The first day I was there I was sleeping in the afternoon as I had to work the midnight shift. I was awoken by someone trying to break into the room. I jumped from a sound slumber to discover a poor couple on the other end of the door just as surprised to see me and I them. Turns out the front desk gave them the key to the same room I checked into. The couple went back to the front desk to correct the error. Ten minutes later I had a knock on my door. It was a hotel employee asking me who check me in. Ummmm....you work here my friend...shouldn't you know this. I told him a young girl and then with my answer you looked at me, grunted and then left without any kind of apology of the error that was done.

Needs a makeover

The first impression is - what a dump! The outside of the building needs a major overhaul. The paint is peeling everywhere, the windows are old single pane windows stained white with the old brown aluminum trim. The carpet is stained along with the inside of the cabinets. The bathroom fixtures were clean and we were able to have a hot shower, but the walls were just painted over - trying to hide the mold. The beds were comfortable but the sheets were stained and the bedspread - I didn't even look - just threw it onto the chair.

Just OK

2 nites for a visit to some of the touristy 'stuff' nearby. Linens were clean, the room had a microwave and small refrigerator. TV was old style analog with cable & good picture. We were comfortable and slept well.

The pictures definitely make it look nicer than it is. Funny smell, but clean. Owning family is friendly and helpful. Not in an amazing location, but convenient and cheap.

The Hotel rooms smell is so bad that you feel as if you are in an unattended Old building for years....It was a nightmare to stay in this Hotel.

Budget Inn Ontario NY

The outside looks like it needed a paint job ten years ago. The door to the room looks like a swift kick will open it up. The room was surprisingly spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very nice and eager to help.

The people running the hotel were friendly enough. The room was pretty clean. The general condition of the the hotel was quite rundown. I was surprized that you would recommend it. It was a little cheaper than other hotels in the area but I felt it was wayyyy overpriced for what it was.
