"When we arrived, there was dog pee on the floor, dog hair everywhere. Wasn’t clean, bathroom sink was dripping while using the toilet the leaking sink would splash you in the face. Black mold in the bathroom, our guests couldn’t even fit in the shower. No towels ready, activities weren’t working, flat tires, no batteries, outside fire pit/seating area was unusable. "We rented the Mermaid house for a long weekend and loved the view!! Our semi private beach (shared with the other rental) was perfect. The owners dog was the star of the show! He is the cutest guy and got along with the two pups we had in our group. Great communication with Joycelyn and would recommend anyone to stay there. "

"The property is a small cute cottage it in a quiet neighborhood near the water. It is close to restaurants, beach, and shopping areas. Short drive to the ferry, an hour drive to Plymouth, Nauset lighthouse and 3 Sister lighthouses. There were plenty of toiletries and kitchen supplies. One of the two bathroom is very small (can fit a small child). I had to pay $125 extra for my Shih Tzu. Pet fee wasn’t listed on the listing so I suggest you ask questions before booking. "If you want family down time, this is your place. Beautifully decorated, maintained and ambiance. We were a group from 75 to 4 months and the house worked for us all, three families in total. Groceries and restaurants are all within 15 minutes. If you bike, hike, walk or run all you have to do is open the front door and go. If you want trails and nature there are numerous with in a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing. All I can say is if you pick this...
