  • ***** If you are renting from September to May 31 please apply the correct number of guests staying overnight to get the appropriate price. There is an extra fee after 2 guests.
    **** If you are renting from May 31, 2025 to August 23, 2025 - 6 day rentals, please put in only ONE guest for the total price.
    *****We also have a $100 fee for a pet (dogs only) per stay. Each additional pet is $50 per pet per stay.

    This all new delightful renovated 5 bedroom 2 bathroom house is located 1 mile from All Star Village, 2 miles to Hartwick College & Oneonta State. It has a perfect location as it is in a residential area with restaurants and services nearby. There is plenty of parking and a front and back porch with a backyard for outdoor dining. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and the kitchen is fully furnished with cooking utensils. 55 Inch flat screen TV with an Amazon Firestick & free wifi.

If a family has a child playing at Cooperstown All Star Village this is definitely the place to stay! Spacious comfortable and just so convenient to go back and forth to the village.

ALL STAR VILLAGE!

This house was perfect for ASV! If you’re looking for a perfect close location to Cooperstown All Star Village you’ve found it! Perfect distance, decent food options, and a reasonably priced house. Worked out perfect.

Cooperstown All Star Village stay

This is the perfect place to stay if your child is playing at All Star Village! It’s very close to the park which made going back and forth to games super easy. The house had everything we needed and the host was very helpful with any questions we had. Book this early for your Cooperstown stay!

This is the perfect location to travel back and forth to ASV. The house had plenty of room for the 6 of us with the 1st floor room and bathroom perfect for my elderly parents. Though this house is 100 years old and not perfect, it was updated to today’s standards. Extra thanks to Dave, who let us check in a little early (after red eye flights) to get refreshed and settled before opening ceremonies.

Great location the Cooperstown ASV

Fantastic location to All Star Village. We even walked a few times. Was able to bring our son back easily in between games for a shower and food.

Great location!!!!

We were here for a week while our son played baseball at All-Star Village! It was close to everything and convenient!!! Dave was extremely attentive to our needs. Check in was easy!!!

Spacious and cozy

My partner and our kids stayed over during the holidays. I grew up in the area and we were back visiting family. It was very nice to have our own space close to family. Beds were comfy. Couch was massive and inviting. Kitchen was big. Wish it was warm enough to have enjoyed the backyard but all good. Street parking wasn’t an issue, many spaces free.

Great ASV spot

Great property. We spent so much time at the All Star Village fields but when we weren’t there we were so happy to have a nearby space to catch a rest, have a drink, make sandwiches to bring back for the boys who were always hungry. Showers were great. Beds comfy and the ac units did the trick. Also jays, nicks and sloanes were close so we ran into baseball people and they were jealous we were so nearby.

Exceptional Guest service

Unfortunately I had a family emergency and I had to cancel the night before my arrival. Dave was more than underhand accommodating. I will definitely be staying at one of his properties in the future

Baseball at Cooperstown Village

Our first experience at Oneonta Cooperstown Village for 12U baseball was fantastic! It was so nice to stay close to the Village. We were back and forth to the village due to weather delays and multiple events. This property is perfectly located for going back and forth to the games and events. Plenty of room for all eight of us including a toddler. Property mgmnt was very responsive. Property desc was accurate. Highly recommend this property!

All Star Village Perfection

The location of this place was ideal. Easy to get to the park and back especially with checking on pet or dodging the heat. It’s literally 1/2 mile to lot F (busy days) and essentially 3/4 to lot E or 1 mile to main entrance. Many restaurants are within walking distance — Dunkin or Muddy Water for morning coffee, DQ for ice cream after hot ballpark day and Sloans for dinner. The house is clean and basic. AC worked very well for the unseasonably hot days. It’s small but manageable. Most of the time, we were at the fields and only needed a place to cool off and sleep. Dave was very responsive and an excellent resource. It was a good stay.

Location, location, location!

This house exceeded our expectations. All Star Village was just minutes away and the Rite Aid across the street and DD and McDonalds nearby were much appreciated by the 10 year old. When Dave said it was fully stocked that was an understatement! It had everything we could need during our stay. The house was very clean with comfortable beds (with much needed AC in each bedroom and living area) and plenty of towels for four adults and a 10 year old. There was sufficient street parking for all our vehicles. TV and WiFi worked well. Plus it was very pet friendly. We brought a tension gate with us to contain the dog in the tiled kitchen area while we were out (back and forth to the fields several times a day) just in case she had an accident (which she didn’t!) but at least we didn’t have to worry about her. If you’re looking for a location close to the ASV I definitely recommend this house. Thanks Dave!

Perfect spot for All Star Village

We wouldn't stay anywhere else for an All Star Village tournament. Book this NOW for next year! Within a mile of the park which is so key with the changing times of games. Walking distance to multiple good restaurants, Dunkin, DQ, Rite Aid. Great neighborhood for a walk. Once inside, there is more room than you could imagine. We stayed with my MIL, wife and two kids. Plenty of room! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need except food. I've never stayed at a place with all the things you use everyday at home, but don't have in a hotel/timeshare. Washer/Dryer is key so you don't have to pack a week's worth of clothes. Multiple showers and bathrooms means everyone can get ready at the same time. Plenty of towels, shampoo, soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent. Can't say enough good things about this property. Thank you!!

Great Location! Easy ride to Cooperstown!

The hosts were great! Very attentive and way to work with. The house is charming and met our every need! Right across the street from drugstore and other shopping/restaurants! About a 25 minute trip to COOPERSTOWN DREAMS PARK.
