Wonderful place to stay for our week in Oneonta to watch our son’s games at CASV.PRO: clean, quiet, good amenities with all the comforts of home, conveniently located just 8 minutes to CASV, safe neighborhood, easy walk to downtown area. Owner/Manager was responsive and helpful. The only thing we wished the place had was an espresso machine. We would stay here again if we’re ever back in the area.CON: none really.

Great location for ASV

We had a great stay here, for our son’s Cooperstown ASV trip. The location is very convenient to the fields and allowed us to go back and forth quite easily. There are a number of great restaurants and coffee shops that are also very convenient.

Great place to stay for ASV

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. We didn’t spend a lot of time in it but it was the perfect size for us and conveniently located near ASV and downtown Oneonta. There is another apartment located on 2nd floor, only issue we ran into was there was the availability of hot water in the shower, as the water is shared between the 2. We found a couple of times we woke up at the same time and tried to shower around the same time or shortly after and ended up with cold showers.

Super Convenient for Baseball Families!

This property is very close to CASV which is key when you have to go back and forth to the complex. The property was very clean and maintained well. Not that we cooked there but the appliances were in very good shape with a brand new coffee maker. The owner is very responsive if we needed anything. I highly recommend this place and any other property this owner has in the Oneonta area.

Lower level of 2 story. Interior was well appointed and comfortable. Window ac in each room. All rooms are small but perfect for 2-3 people. Not a fan of the mattress ( soft) but no biggie. They provided everything including bath essentials, paper towels, laundry detergent etc. Really convenient location for All Star Village.

Great for All Star Village

The apartment was a perfect distance from All star village - we even had another team parent staying above us. the kitchen was stocked enough for us to have left overs and breakfast in the morning. Quiet street and parking was never a problem. We would highly recommend if your kid is playing at cooperstown.

Close to All Star Village!

Very clean! Cozy and perfect for our Cooperstown stay as we did not spend much time in the unit. The neighborhood is quiet and close to Main Street. It was a quick drive to All Star Village which was great in between games!!

Baseball getaway heaven

The property was great and the owners were even better. I arrived and was so impressed that there was even coffee and quarters available for the Laundry. Very impressed.

Perfect for All Star Village visitors

The house was clean and tasteful. Beds were extremely comfortable! The location was ideal, 2 miles from fields and around the corner from town. While many parents were complaining about their rooms on-site (CASV), we were very pleased with our decision to stay where we did.

Nice, functional stay for Baseball Weekend

Cute little place to stay that had the necessities: kitchen, washing machine, & close to All-Star Village. Owners very nice & responsive, gave us a great little lake to hit on one of our slow days and even had creamer in the fridge for that much-needed first cup of morning coffee. Only (minor) problem was I am terribly allergic to animals and the entryway (where washing machine is) set off a reaction. We resolved it by having my husband open the main door and the door to the unit so I could fly in with minimal exposure. May have been as simple as last tenant parked a dog or cat in that area. Other than that, the place met all our needs!

Perfect place. Owners we very helpful. Perfect location for All Star Village families.

Just minutes from All Star Village, we were able to come back between games to fix lunch and rest. Owners are awesome! Very accomodating! Perfect place for our family.

Great Location

We had a great time during our stay. Property was very convenient to All-Star Village and town. Property owners were very helpful and available for any questions we had during the week. Food recommendations were great. Definitely will recommend.
