"It should mention that the property is not manned and self-check in. I needed to call to find out the check in procedures. A Air con was there and functioning but the display of the remote was broken so it took time to work it out. An instruction should be available. The net curtain definitely needs washing."

"I always love staying here. It’s by far the best Auckland hotel if you want value for money and nice, thoughtful touches.
We love that there are 2 beds in the standard rooms, along with a fridge, hairdryer and other nice things.
This stay was the best yet as there was a lovely garden area outside with a nice rose bush and a table and 2 chairs.
The Naumi staff are always outstanding and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. Thank you Naumi!"

"The facilities were very clean & the bed comfortable. However the rooms facilities were very tired & minimal. The accessible bathroom while large had nowhere to place clothing & toiletries, it felt awkward & was uncomfortable to use.
The entry access from the car park was too steep making it awkward for a person with a Walker without the assistance of another person.
On arrival at approximately 6pm no one was on reception it took us more than 15 minutes to rouse someone, the facilities intercom...

"The traffic noise from the motorway was bad in the morning luckily I had my ear plugs. Also in the night about 1am and 3am there was a lot of noise from other people, it went on so long that I opened the door and told them to shut up. The room was good overall, easy to cast to the TV, good shower, espresso capsule machine, there was a dark hair in the bed and on the coffee area which was kinda gross. The restaurant was good service and food and the reception staff were very helpful."
