"Futon room has been upgraded to a double or queen bed. Only stayed one night but the house seemed well equipped for a longer stay. One bathroom was, near all 3 bedrooms. The other was on the other side of the house, away from the bedrooms, but greatly appreciate having 2 full bathrooms available. Front door lock was a little finicky but worked well once we understood how it worked. All bedrooms had TVs. Large dining table. Comfy living room. Thank you"

"We were very happy with the property, just disappointed that the fireplace did not work. I would suggest removing the fireplace as an amenity on your listing. I specifically look for properties that have a fireplace. The property was very clean and check in was easy. The rate was a little pricey but I am guessing it is because it was a holiday weekend?
