I have mixed reviews on this property. While it checked all of the boxes for us (location, cleanliness, layout), it definitely fell short in some areas. In the description it says it sleeps 12, when it only sleeps 6. Luckily it was not an issue for us, but be aware of that when booking. There are plenty more bedrooms but no furniture in any of them. There is a working TV in the living room but the cord does not reach so we had to move it to the floor in order to watch it. There were no pillows on two of the twin beds so we had to use the shams. Water pressure and hot/cold water is definitely iffy. The kitchen has plenty of cookware and utensils but does not have any amenities like salt/pepper, sugar, coffee or anything like that. Cupboards are bare. I realize that is not a requirement but it's very nice when provided. There is a Keurig as opposed to a coffee pot so we had to go buy pods. Would be nice to have the heads up. There is either no trash service or something is going on because trash is piling up in the garage and it's kind of stinky. Again, this property was very clean and in a great location and could be a VERY good VRBO but did fall short in a couple of areas. Just a few tweaks and improvements and it will get there.
