The House is great for a large group, lots of space if you want some time alone, but also a great den where everyone can squeeze in. Jenn was also very helpful and provided great info and tips.

This was an amazing place to stay. The atmosphere, surroundings and the home itself was perfect!! We truly appreciate this property owner having it available for our vacation! We visited the waterfalls; did Ace waterpark; Ace whitewater rafting; the town of Hinton, Bluestone Lake; and many other places.

Family Gathering

We had family from MA, MD, FL and GA all meet up at this beautifully place. The views from the porch can't be beat! Most of our time was spent there, along with all our meals. Soo much wildlife to watch. Nighttime we enjoyed the firepit and game nights in the big dinning room area. Our family didn't want to leave. We would love to come back in the fall. The host was fantastic to deal with.

House was absolutely amazing. It looks like it may have been a barn that turned into an house, but it is set up so cute...property, very bright cheerful. So much room for our 3 family party The river is so relaxing view is iBreathtaking... train was cool to watch Maybe seen cars on road twice

Top 3 All Time Properties

Not enough lines to express how wonderful this place was. The host was one of the best and very responsive to weather concerns during our stay. The property was perfect, clean, accommodating and had everything we needed. We would love to come back during the summer and take advantage of the river which is right across the street. Talk about amazing views! We couldn't have been more pleased with the property and hope to come back in the warmer months for the breathtaking views. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful Getaway

This wasn't a fun trip, as we were in town for my mother's funeral from out of state and had friends coming with us. The size of the house and accommodations were perfect to host them and have an intimate family meal among the beauty of the woods and the river views. Highly recommend. We will be back for more fun times and to enjoy the wonderful front porch.

Quiet, peaceful family vacation

Perfectly laid out for a medium sized group such as ours (6 adults) The deck makes this property as it is very generous in dimensions with multiple seating areas, tables and chairs and a spectacular view of the New River as it meanders by, flanked by the hillsides of trees. The host was very responsive, friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful Location getaway

We have been vacationing together for 10 years and this is at the top of the list. We quiet, relaxing feel. Great outdoor options and close to lots of hiking and park touring. Would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful house and location

We had a girls weekend. We did the bridgewalk, hiking and fishing. The house was fantastic with everything you need included. The location was perfect for us and very close to a few trails. Everyone in our group loved the uniqueness of the property. We would definitely stay here again.
