Thank you for your review Moritz of which we note seriously. We offer the best rates with all the home comforts as past guests have confirmed and been delighted with their stay. We have just completed a total renovation of the Unit including new carpet and daresay there may have been a slight odour from fresh painting of all rooms. It is unfortunate that the bed did not meet your expectations as to the contrary past guests have commented how comfortable and cosy they have been. We wish you a safe and enjoyable time for the rest of your trip.

Guest never showed up nor did they reply to my messages.. In the event of no connection with phoning there are other options - tx message or the VRBO communicaton page on your booking record.....of which I did but there was no reply... the phone number on your booking record was an unusual number and got no connection .......communication is the key to favourable review. It is most unfortunate this booking did not eventuate....

The Coes were a delight to Host....warm and friendly couple and left the Unit in an immaculate condition..thank you Terrence and your lovely wife.. highly recommended to other Hosts...
