On the privat yard there is a great swimming pool - 30 square meters. Near the pool is a gas grill where you can prepering your meals. There is a outdoor solar shower too.
On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with every thing what you need for long stay - big fridge with freezer, oven, stove, toster, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine. Beside the kitchen is a livingroom with TV and pull-out sofa where two people can sleep comfortable. In the living room there is a big dining table for 6-8, from where you have a lovely view of the surroundings.
Living room and kitchen have exit on the large common terrace. On the terrace there is a large dining area too, where you can spend your time and look at your children on the pool.
Villa has 2 modern bathroms - one on the ground floor ( there is a washing machine )and one on the first floor. The bathrooms are with walk-in shower. On the first floor there is a one separate toilet.
On the first floor there are 3 badroom with air conditioning. Two bedrooms are equipped with double bed for two and both of them has an exit to the upper terrace with amazing sea view.
The third bedroom has 2 single beds. This room has a lovely sea view too.
