"Marija 2" is a well-appointed 4-room vacation rental spanning 90 m2, situated on the 2nd floor and thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 5 guests across 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The open living room, measuring 25 m2, features a panoramic window that floods the space with natural light and is equipped with a flat screen cable television and air conditioning, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for relaxation. From the living room, you have direct access to the balcony. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also opens onto the balcony. The second bedroom offers a larger French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, providing an enhanced level of comfort. The third bedroom is fitted with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from direct balcony access. A dedicated dining room is also present on this floor, with its own exit to the balcony. The bathroom is fully equipped with a bath, bidet, and WC, complemented by a separate WC. The expansive balcony of 15 m2 enjoys both a south-west and north-east facing position, is furnished with balcony furniture, and offers a beautiful view of the sea.
