Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Gastgeberin empfangen. Das Haus befindet sich in Hanglage auf einem Berg, geschätzt 300 m üM, zum Strand geht man bergab ca 20 min. Der Ausblick zur Insel Brac ist atemberaubend. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber und es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir waren allerdings auch nur zu sechst. Für 8-10 Personen ist das Geschirr und Besteck zu knapp. Da wir aber nur zum Frühstück im Haus waren, war das für uns kein Problem. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es ein tolles familiengeführtes Restaurant mit sehr gutem Essen und sehr freundlichem Personal. Leider geht die Saison jedoch nur bis zum 30.09., so dass wir dann nach Omiš reinfahren mussten. Aber auch dort sind viele kleine traditionelle Restaurants zu finden. Es war ein toller Urlaub, den wir gerne in Erinnerung behalten werden.

Stay at Villa Mia, you will not regret it!

I cannot say enough good things about Villa, Mia and our stay there. It is spacious, the view is spectacular, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked The house is few miles outside of Omis, close enough to be convenient, but far enough way to be private. But what truly made the experience amazing, was our host. Mia was extremely responsive every time I contacted her. She met us at the house at check-in. She walked through the whole house and showed us where everything was located. Shortly after she left, we realize the air-conditioning units were not functioning correctly. Someone was there within the hour to fix it. I texted her for recommendations on things to do and where to eat. She was so helpful. My husband began to feel unwell and I was worried we would have to take him to a hospital. She helped us decide where to go if needed (we did not, thank goodness). She even texted later that day to make sure he was okay. I could not imagine a better place to spend our Croatian vacation. Don’t miss out on staying at Villa Mia!

Fantastic accommodation with amazing vue

We spent a week with our family (7 adult persons) in the spacious accommodation, where every couple and one single person all had their own bedroom with bathroom and toilet.A very pleasant house with everything you need available. A superb view and more than friendly host, who is always available and service minded!

Amazing time

Beautiful house and location, quiet and relaxing. Clean house, on multiple levels. Great location for visiting Split and Dubrovnik. With a great town Omis just around the corner. Intermediate walks near by. Down hill walk (30 min) to the beach. I would definitely go back!

Beautiful Spot!

Villa Mia is in a stunning location, overlooking the island of Brac - the views are fabulous. The Villa is modern and very well equipped, beds are comfortable and everything worked. We did have an issue with the hot tub, but it was quickly fixed. The villa is remote, so a vehicle is definitely required, and getting taxis slightly out of season (end Oct) was challenging. The local Beerkin tavern was shut. However, we loved Omis - the restaurants and supermarket there were great. We found somewhere to hire SUPs and the kids did the local zipline, which they totally loved. In all, a really super stay - thank you!

Villa und Ausblick einzigartig !

Waren trotz der vielen schönen Bilder noch positiv überrascht bei Ankunft. Alles wie beschrieben. Die Aussicht wirklich atemberaubend ! Besonders bei Sonnen auf-und Untergang. Beim 2. mal hinsehen könnte man für das Geld und den Standard in diesem Haus ein Paar Dinge ersetzen, da teilweise defekt oder nicht passend zum Rest des hohen Standards: - Sessel im Wohnzimmer - Couch - Matratzen (ziemlich veraltete Federmatratzen die man bei jeder Bewegung spürt) Dies hat unseren Aufenthalt jetzt nicht verschlechtert, sind aber Dinge, die man hätte erwarten können. Alles in Allem würden wir sofort wieder einziehen !!!

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir waren für 2 Wochen mit der Familie Gäste in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Das Haus liegt am Hang und die Aussicht ist aus jedem Zimmer atemberaubend. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb, Lebensmittelläden oder der Strand sind mit dem Auto innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Es erfüllt jede Erwartung der Anzeige. Empfehlenswert ist auch das Restaurant Berekin, dass fußläufig innerhalb 5 Minuten erreichbar ist. Maja war als Host jederzeit erreichbar. Wir freue uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt.

Sensational views

We have never stayed in a villa with such magnificent views. It really does take your breath away! The villa is modern & well equipped. Spoilt with all the entertainment. The highlight was table tennis. We also loved the gym for a quick workout as it was too hot to run outside. I was very happy to find some hand weights in the gym. Small detail, but the black out shutters were a god send at night. Our children have never slept so well as the room was completely dark. The local supermarkets are a short car ride away. One of the local shops has a stall outside with fresh fruit, vegetables & wine all produced by the family run business. There is a wonderful restaurant 1 minute walk from the villa. It’s very rustic & low key. There’s not an abundance of choice but what they do offer is done very well. The staff were so lovely, we got to know them well. We found another local Restaurant (AGA) over looking the sea which we loved. You must book ahead. The food is excellent. Lovely beach below too (different to the one we had being going to). The local beaches are gorgeous & only 5/10 mins in the car. Everything is much cheaper ! £8 to hire a kayak for an hour. Sun lounger £3. Cocktails £5/6 ! Omis is a good 10/15 car ride but is well worth the drive. Full of wonderful restaurants. My husband walked up the steps to the church & enjoyed the view! My daughter celebrated her birthday at cocopazzo restaurant in Omis. I mentioned it was her birthday. They made her birthday so special.. The entire restaurant sang to her! We will never forget that evening. The food & service is excellent. There is also a fair in Omis which seems to be very popular. Our children loved it. Croatia is absolutely stunning. Everyone is so friendly & kind. We loved the people. Thank you villa Mia for a wonderful holiday.

Eine Runde Sache

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in der Villa Mia verbracht. Der Eigentümer war sehr nett und entspannt, die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung hat auch einwandfrei funktioniert. Der Ausblick und die Lage war einfach der Wahnsinn! Empfehlungen in der Nähe: Canyoning in Omis, die Städte Trogir, Omis und makarska besuchen, schnorcheln im Meer und natürlich einfach am wunderschönen Pool die Aussicht genießen. Für die Kulinarik am Abend ist das Restaurant Berekin absolut empfehlenswert. Dieses ist fußläufig in 200 Meter zu erreichen. Ein kleines einheimisches Restaurant mit Haus gemachtem Bier und super leckerem regionalen Essen. Aber, unbedingt vorbestellen, ist jeden Abend voll. Ganz viel Spaß an alle nächsten Gäste. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!

Prachtig uitzicht

Villa met prachtig uitzicht op de zee. Zeer ruime villa en idd goed geschikt voor 2 gezinnen omdat er 2 slaapkamers beneden zijn en 2 boven. De weg direct achter het huis is zeer rustig. Geen last vh weinige verkeer. Mooi zwembad. Wel navragen of er geen luidruchtig gezelschap zal zijn in de woning die er direct onder ligt. Die is van dezelfde eigenaar. Wij hebben daar de eerste nachten veel overlast van gehad. De eigenaar heeft wel ingegrepen na onze klacht.

Sehr entspannter Urlaub

Die Villa Mia war für uns das Highlight des Urlaubs. Es war sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr groß. Besonders hat uns der Pool und die wundervolle Aussicht von der Terrasse gefallen. Wir würden die Villa definitiv weiter empfehlen! Vielen Dank!

Sehr empfehlenswert

Sehr schöne, am Hang liegende Villa mit wunderbaren Ausblick. Durch die Lage der Schlafzimmer ( zwei im unteren und zwei im obersten Stock) sehr gut für zwei Familien geeignet. Im mittleren Stockwerk befindet sich das Zentrum der Villa. Wir waren zu viert dort, der Platz ist war mehr als ausreichend. Unkomplizierte Anreise nach Absprache mit Hauseigentümer (Englisch).
