Beautiful property in Duce

Nives’ property in Duće is an absolute gem.Very spacious, immaculately clean and has everything you may want and more.A stone’s throw from the beach and a small harbour where you can rent a powerboat or other water craft and visit the many sites on the coast of the island of Brac too.Omiš is a short drive and this charming historic town has a plethora of fantastic places to eat and other more adventurous activities. Would highly recommend the rafting.Would highly recommend.

Perfect villa and perfect host!

The villa is amazing. Accommodated the whole family of four generations. There are 5 double bedrooms, 4 with en-suite shower facilities and one on the upper floor with separate bathroom. Beautifully furnished and decorated throughout. Very spacious with the added bonus of a sauna, gym equipment and pool table. Outside area is so pretty with table and chairs for eating al fresco along with sun beds and comfy seating as well as the pool. Beach is just one minute walk away. Nives is the perfect host. Welcomed us on arrival and very attentive throughout our stay with prompt answers to any queries. We will definitely choose to stay here again with no hesitation. Thank you Nives for a wonderful holiday xx Sarah, Steve, Gill, Mike, Natalie, Josh and Lauren

Die Gastgeber sind total nett . Alles unkompliziert abgelaufen. Total geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles ist vorhanden. Jeder Gast lässt was da . Man ist in 5 Minuten am Strand mit Sand in einer kleinen Bucht. Beim Hotel Plaza Duće kann man auch Liegen ausleihen und an der Bar Cappuccino trinken. Kommen gerne wieder. Gut geeignet für Familie mit Kindern und Oma und Opas .

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus ist so wie beschrieben; es ist alles da und darüber hinaus ist es sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und haben sogar für meinen gehbehinderten Sohn, ein extra Bett im Erdgeschoss aufgestellt. Der Pool war gut beheizt, obwohl die Außentemperatur im April zeitweise unter 20 Grad hatte.

Das Ferienhaus war insgesamt gut ausgestattet und bot eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Der Pool war sauber und gut gepflegt, ideal für eine erfrischende Abkühlung an heißen Tagen. Der Whirlpool war ein echtes Highlight und sorgte für Entspannung nach einem langen Tag. Die Sauna war ebenfalls sehr angenehm und trug zur Wellness-Erfahrung bei. Insgesamt würde ich das Ferienhaus aufgrund seiner Ausstattung und Annehmlichkeiten definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet! Check In war easy und entspannt! Vermieterin war jederzeit erreichbar. Luxury on the Dalmatian Coat

We are two couples who stayed 10 days in this lovely spacious home right on the Dalmatian coast and minutes from the charming town of Omis. We were so pleased with the location, perfect for day trips to Krka, Dubrovnik, Split, Trogir; but away from crowds and traffic. The feel of the villa is casual but with the perfect touch of luxury. The pictures are accurate, but in person it it so much more! Flowers blooming in the garden, lovely pool side appointments, a beautiful patio area for dining and lounging. A stroll out the back gate takes you to a small pier area with boat rental to cruise the islands (which our host arranged for us) and a long stretch of sandy beach with benches for enjoying the view of the sea. A short walk down the shore takes you to a perfect beach bar with lounges, hammocks, tables, swimming and food or drink delivered right to your spot on the sand. Nives the host is charming and very attentive to any questions or needs we had. All in all a perfect holiday accommodation!

What a fantastic villa.

We stayed at the villa for 1 week. It was fantastic. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and right on the beach. It had everything we needed and more. We had a lovely holiday. The owners are so friendly. it is in a perfect spot for visiting Split, Makarska, the waterfalls and the skywalk. We stayed April and it was very quiet. We would highly recommend this villa. The beach is crystal clear and you can walk along the prom.

Super Ferienhaus

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus über mehrere Etagen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Billard, Sauna und Außenpool waren eine tolle Abwechslung zu unseren Ausflügen. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür,alle halbe Stunde fährt ein Bus somit war man schnell in Omis oder auch Split, wenn man mal nicht mit den Auto unterwegs sein möchte. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und standen bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen 👍.

Gepflegtes Großzügiges Haus

Ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit sehr netten und bemühten Gastgebern. Den Strand und Hafen kann man schnell erreichen ohne eine Straße zu überqueren. Alles im Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Gastgeber sind sehr gut zu erreichen und bemüht das man sich als Gast wohl fühlt! Ein kleines Manko ist die Straße nah am Haus, die Autos fahren hier ziemlich schnell und es ist etwas laut. Wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind hört man davon aber nichts mehr. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt, so das für Kinder keine Gefahr besteht. Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder. Vielen Dank

Schöner Strandurlaub

Da wir nur zu viert waren, haben wir natürlich nicht alles Zimmer getestet. Für uns war das Haus sehr geräumig, die volle Belegung könnten wir uns nicht ganz vorstellen, da die Küche sehr klein ist und es auch nur 1 Kühlschrank gibt, der auch nicht sehr groß ist, weil der untere Teil zum Tiefkühlen ist. Da wird es mit Getränken und Essen schon ziemlich eng. Auch im Garten-Poolbereich wäre es dann schon ziemlich eng. Die Schlafzimmer sind zweckmässig eingerichtet, die Bäder könnten ein bisschen besser gewartet sein - Wasser lief in einer Dusche nicht gut ab, bei einer Dusche fiel die Dichtung ab, eine Lampe funktionierte nicht.... Positiv ist das viele Geschirr, man hatte wirklich viel davon und musste nicht ständig abspülen. Leider gab es in der Küche ein ziemliches Ameisenproblem, aber wenn man das Brot auf dem Esstisch aufhob, war alles ok... Sonst ist alles da wie angegeben und sehr freundlich eingerichtet. Zum Billard spielen sollte man allerdings nicht größer als 1,60 sein... Der Garten ist sehr nett und grün, und die Sitzplätze im Freien haben wir gerne genutzt. Auch der Pool ist zwar nicht sehr groß, aber für uns hat er genügt. Fein ist, dass man wirklich nur 2 min zum Strand geht und auch dort nicht übertrieben viel los war. Liegen und Schirme muss man selber dabeihaben, wenn man am Strand liegen möchte. Es gibt Sand-Kies. Man kann super ins Meer gehen, auch ohne Badeschuhe, da nur ca. 2 m Kies und dann Sand. Da der Strandabschnitt aber ziemlich weit von Omis entfernt liegt, kommen Leute, die gerne viele Strandbars haben wollen, bei denen man vielleicht auch essen kann, nicht auf Ihre Kosten. Uns war das aber nur sehr recht! Zu Fuß nach Omis ist es schon recht weit, und nicht schön zu gehen, da es keine durchgehende Strandpromenade gibt. Wir sind immer mit dem Auto gefahren - es gibt kurz vor der Brücke einen großen Parkplatz (kostenpflichtig). Lokale gibt es nicht sehr viele zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist ca. nach 10 min erreichbar. Und eine Bäckerei war noch ein bisschen weiter weg, allerdings war da in der Vorsaison um 8 Uhr schon fast alles ausverkauft.... Da die Küstenstraße direkt hinter dem Haus vorbeigeht, hört man natürlich den Straßenlärm - auch untertags im Garten. Dafür ist man aber eben gleich beim Strand. Dort ist die Straße dann nicht mehr zu hören. Es gibt Platz für 4 Autos, wobei die untere Einfahrt in den Garten ein wenig schmal bei 2er Belegung ist. Es hat uns auf jeden Fall sehr gut gefallen!
