  • Restored old Dalmatian stone house with pool, situated on a large estate with a full private and a beautiful panoramic view on the sea, and the Cetina river, islands and mountains. Functional and tasteful furniture complexion for a comfortable stay one or two families. Near the house is a beautiful natural view from the church. On the top floor are two bedrooms and one toilet which is connected with outdoor steps to the first floor where are dining room with kitchen, two bedrooms and toilet. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and indigenous Dalmatian tavern were you can degustate a wine. The top floor is the minimum height of 120cm. Pets on request and extra charge. The house is located in Borak 3 km above the Omis. A pleasant place to rest near Omis and Split. At the distance of 3 kilometers by road there are numerous taverns and restaurants and the famous kilometer-long sandy beach Ideal for a kids. On the pool terrace we are offering a breathtaking panoramic view on Omis and a beautiful sunset. The surroundings are ideal for picnics and outdoor activitie. You com and see.

Gorgeous place

We had an amazing week here, fabulous location and views. Ante was very helpful and it was a nice touch to have food provided when we arrived after a long journey. Very private and peaceful villa up the hill, though the drive up and down from Borak to Omiš can be a bit hairy at times! We would love to return here one day.

Pfingsten im alten Steinhaus

War alles sehr schön. Lage und Haus sind besser als in der Beschreibung. Ausreichender Pool und Freizeitmöglichkeit vor Ort. Wanderungen und Strandbesuche am gleichen Tag ...einfach perfekt! Tolle Aktivitäten in der Umgebung möglich (Rafting, Flying Fox..). Sehr netter Vermieter !!

Always my pleasure

We were warmly welcomed by the owner. He showed us the accommodation in detail and explained everything. The house corresponded 100% to the description and is highly recommended. We will 120% happily book the house again for our next vacation!

Super Gastgeber

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche im Alten Steinhaus. Es ging los mit einer herzlichen Begrüßung durch den Gastgeber Ante. Uns wurde ein kleiner Snack und Getränke gereicht und dabei die wichtigsten Dinge zum Haus und der Umgebung erklärt. Die Tipps waren super und wir haben dadurch eine unvergessliche Zeit gehabt. Das Haus war perfekt für zwei Familien. Alle hatten ausreichend Platz und besonders die Poollandschaft gefiel den Kindern.

Viel Platz für Famienurlaub

Vermieter und seine Familie sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus mit Pool ist in einem gepflegtem Zustand und geräumig,Pool und Grillplatz sind ebenfalls ok.Ohne Auto ist man leider aufgeschmissen ,da das Haus sehr weit oben am Berg liegt und es ist sehr steil abwärts geht.

Wunderschöner Ausblick und TipTop Sauber

Wir waren mit 2 Familien in dem total gepflegten Haus bei Ante. Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden. Der Ausblick und Pool sind einfach traumhaft.Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.Wir waren zwei Wochen dort und wären auch gerne noch länger geblieben. Ein Auto ist pflicht. Der erste Supermarkt (Brötchen), noch im Berg, sind mit dem Auto etwa 5 Minuten. Zu Fuß für Hin- und Rückweg somit sicherlich mindestens eine halbe Stunde, wobei die Straßen eng sind ohne Bürgersteig.Bis ins Zentrum ist es vom Supermarkt dann nicht mehr weit.Zum Baden, bietet der Kiesstrand Brezet viele kostenlose Parkplätze. Wir empfehlen das Haus absolut und kommen gerne wieder. Preis-/Leistung passt total! Danken für den schönen Aufenthalt

Amazing place

Lovely place, perfect for 2 families of 4 as each family has their own small apartment joined by a communal kitchen and pool. Outside area, really spacious and perfect for summer evenings eating, drinking and relaxing. Views are amazing and Omis is a lovely little town with great beaches and places to eat. Walking into town is possible, but not with young kids. We did it a couple of times with children 12 plus, a bit of moaning but all enjoyed it in the end! Ante was a great host and I would definitely recommend his place.

Séjour à 2 familles

Nous avons séjourné chez Ante à 2 familles de 4. Ante nous a reçu avec de délicates attentions : du vin et une grappa faits maison, et un apéro de bienvenue et nous avons même eu droit à un gâteau en fin de séjour ! Le logement est séparé en 2 appartements (très propres) comprenant chacun 2 chambres avec une cuisine commune et une grande piscine. La vue était splendide ! Il faut un peu grimper pour accéder à la maison mais la vue en vaut le coup ! Le point négatif : les guêpes (même en faisant attention les enfants se sont fait piquer) et les fourmis. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !eteleslfourmis. !unce

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir waren insgesamt 7 Personen, 3 Kinder und 4 Erwachsene. Für zwei Familien ist dieses Haus perfekt als Unterkunft geeignet. Das Haus sowie der Garten mit Pool ist genauso ausgestattet, wie auf den Fotos abgebildet und beschrieben. Ante ist ein überaus höflicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Als unmittelbarer Nachbar konnte er uns jederzeit weiterhelfen und wertvolle Tipps geben, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Wir wurden bereits bei unserer Ankunft mit Snacks und kühlen Getränken herzlich begrüßt und während unseres Aufenthaltes mit Kuchen und Wein versorgt. Vielen Dank auch hierfür an seine nette Frau! Insgesamt können wir dieses Ferienobjekt jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

We had a good time in Lelas house. It was very warm when we were there so we spent most of the time at the shaded terrace and by the pool. Great views on the town of Omis and plenty of activities to do in the surroundings. Several beaches close by from the house. It takes a 10 minute drive to reach Omis from the house. The house was clean and very well maintained with Airco in the two apartments. The host Ante provided us with a Dalmatian cheese/meat plate at our arrival and drinks for the kids and fresh wine for the adults. During our stay we were also treated on a delicious cheese Cake that Ante's wife backed for us. The pool was approx 21m2 ( guess ) and has a depth of 1,7m and is perfect for shark diving games with the kids. At Omis and surroundings it can be busy and parking spots are pricy. We can happily recommend this vacation house and its hosts.

Traumurlaub in Omis

Wenn ich den Aufenthalt auf einer Skala von 1-10 bewerten müsste, ich würde eine 20 geben. Wir waren als zwei Familien dort, vier Erwachsene und drei Kindern. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind wunderschön, noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Der Ausblick vom Berg auf das Meer ist unglaublich. Jeden Morgen aufs neue und abends beim Sonnenuntergang waren wir beeindruckt. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten unten in der Stadt. Die Altstadt ist ebenso wunderschön, typische kroatische Steinhäuser. Alle Menschen sind sehr freundlich. Die Umgebung hat tolle Strände und kleinere Buchten und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten zu anderen Inseln, Rafting o.ä. Ante, unser Gastgeber, wohnt direkt nebenan. Man bekommt ihn und seine Frau und drei Kinder überhaupt nicht mit. Jedoch ist er sofort da, wenn man ihn braucht oder einen Ausflugstipp o. ä. möchte. Ob angeln oder private Bootstour mit seinem Freund, er hat uns alles ermöglicht. Selten weine ich, wenn es wieder nach Hause geht, hier war es soweit. Wir alle werden den Urlaub nie vergessen und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder! ❤️

Un séjour très agréable dans cette belle maison en pierre ! La route d'accès est sinueuse et difficile mais nous le savions et la vue sur la mer et les montagnes depuis la maison est magnifique. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les superbes couchers de soleil depuis la chapelle qui est tout près. Il faut quand même un certain temps pour accéder à la mer, surtout début d'août. La piscine est très propre et bien profonde. Elle nous a bien rafraichis en cette semaine de grosse chaleur et nous avons beaucoup apprécié les espaces extérieurs autour de la piscine. L'intérieur est conforme aux photos. A savoir que la climatisation n'est pas dans les chambres, il faut donc dormir porte de chambre ouverte pour pouvoir en bénéficier mais ça fonctionne bien. La cuisine mériterait quelques ustensiles supplémentaires mais rien d'important. Enfin notre hôte Ante a été très arrangeant et sympathique. Il a fait preuve d'une grande hospitalité en nous offrant de la charcuterie, du fromage, du vin et sa délicieuse grappa à notre arrivée. Sa femme nous a fait aussi un délicieux cheese cake ! Ils habitent sur place mais sont très discrets. A savoir qu'ils nous demandent de ne plus faire de bruit à partir de 23h, ce qui est normal. Ne pas louer cette maison si voulez y faire la fête toute la nuit ! Ante a été également de très bon conseil pour organiser une sortie en bateau avec un de ses amis. La communication en anglais avec lui est très facile. Merci pour tout Ante !

Znakomite miejsce

Cudowny pobyt. Dom położony na wzniesieniu z przepięknym widokiem na morze i góry. Dojazd serpentyną do morza. Miasteczko przepiękne, dom wygodny i czysty. Osobne wejścia dla dwóch pięter i część wspólną na dole , klimatyczne miejsce. A gospodarz robi obłędne czerwone wino. Basen duży , ciepła woda.

Lovely stay with a wonderful view

Lovely house with all the nessesarity for a nice holiday. Me and my family stayed for a week and we enjoyed the place and the hospitality from the host. He was ready when we came and ready to help us. Also at the place when we left. The house was clean and the same goes for the pool, which we used every day. We like to recommend it to everybody who goes to Croatia.

Schönster Urlaub für uns

Kann mich den positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen. Ante ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön. Der Pool wird jeden morgen gereinigt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Omis ist perfekt für einen Familienurlaub. Viele schöne buchten. Es war definitiv unser schönster Familienurlaub mit Freunden bisher.

Beautiful House/Stay

We were are a group of 6 young adults and had a great week with a beautiful house and a very friendly host Ante. The check in was easy and welcoming from Ante. He gave us something to drink and eat. He told us about the house rules and the region some good tipps what we can do there. The house with very nice. The BBQ is great for dinner. The pool is big and has a good temperature. You have also table tennis and a small trampoline. So the place is so good you can be there every day.

Traumhafte Lage und sehr netter Vermieter!!!

Die Lage vom Haus ist ein Traum. Wie beschrieben hinterm Haus die Berge und vorm Haus der Blick auf das Meer und Omis. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich, wie auch die Außenanlagen. Es war wunderschön. Ante der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Er und seine Frau überraschten uns mehrmals mit leckeren Köstlichkeiten. Vielen Dank Ante!!!
